Quality – Made in Germany PROVALVE Armaturen is a privately owned, medium sized

and internationally orientated company. With a proximity

and close contact to customers, we react quickly and

flexibly and develop individual solutions for many critical

applications according to the needs of our customers.

Production and inspection at the highest level At our production sites with a total of 12.000 m² of pro-

duction and storage areas, we machine, assemble and

inspect valves with a weight of up to 10 tonnes. Machining

is performed exclusively on CNC machines in order to

ensure constant quality. Among these are 4 pieces of

CNC- machining-centers with 120 places for tools, each

controlled by 3D-CAD/CAM – work stations. On our high-

performance test bench we can carry out pressure tests

with 800 bar on valves of sizes up to DN1000. In order to

ensure the constantly high quality and reliability of our

products, our own staff carries out the following inspecti-

ons and tests:

� Incoming material checks

� PMI

� Hardness testing

� Magnetic particle testing

� Dye penetrant testing

� Pressure tests and leak tests on 4 test benches with

air, water and nitrogen or helium, at up to 1000bar.

Certified Quality There are very high demands for valves, which transfer

dangerous fluids in power generation, chemical and petro-

chemical industries. Various tests for leak tightness and

strength are then conducted using water, air and helium

before the valves leare the company.

In order to meet these demands, PROVALVE delivers high

quality valves from in-house development and our own pro-

duction. The PROVALVE policy is to maintain the highest

quality through all steps of development and production.

For high pressure and special valves, PROVALVE has de-

tailed knowledge in development and manufacturing.

High-pressure valves PROVALVE forged steel high-pressure valves are the ideal

solution for many critical applications (e.g. steam parame -

ters of up to 625 °C and 365bar). Only optimised designs

can withstand the fast start-up, shut-down processes

required nowadays and the resultant high loads. For high-

pressure applications in chemical & petrochemical indus-

tries PROVALVE supplies forged steel high-pressure valves

with bolted bonnet and pressure seal bonnet, made of

multiple special materials. PROVALVE develops, calcula-

tes, machines, assembles and inspects valves based on

optimum compliance with the respective operating condi-

tions or the conditions as per ASME, DIN/EU or GoST.
