Drawing on her experiences in the advertising, media, and technology industries at companies from various stages of growth from startup to global holding entity, Susan infuses her passions for employer branding, organizational development, social consciousness, and an entrepreneurial spirit, to strategically make meaningful impact on the landscape of how work is being done.Susan is an avid snowboarder, romance reader, bourbon drinker, and reality TV watcher… all of which she firmly believes makes her better at her job.

Katie has a non-traditional background for a People leader. She spent the majority of her career in strategy consulting - advising CEOs and senior leadership teams on how to grow and adapt their businesses.  She had significant impact working with a variety of companies (from Fortune 500 to non-profits) working on projects from customer strategy to new product development to change management.  She worked for 10+ years at Bain & Company leading consulting projects, and now is the VP of people at Harries Grooming.

As the Chief People Officer at Bonobos, Sara work closely with the all team members to support the success of Bonobos through talent, infrastructure, organizational effectiveness and culture management. She and her team design and deliver programs and initiatives that attract the best talent and foster the development and growth of internal talent who can ultimately deliver amazing results while staying to true to the culture and our core virtues.
