ProCryl SL systems are smooth or broadcasted (SLB), self-leveling, 100% solids, pigmented, fast curing, satin methyl methacrylate (MMA) overlay systems. These high build and hardwearing resurfacing slurries offer excellent versatility & durability in seamless floor protection. The slurry design makes either a solid choice for higher impact and moderate to high traffic areas. ProCryl Primer is a 100% solids, fast curing, low viscosity, reactive methyl methacrylate applied as a clear coat sealer direct to concrete. A second primer coat may be needed for porous concrete. The primer coat is installed at no less than 100 s.f./gallon per application. 2. ProCryl Binder is a fast curing, high-build, pigmented, 100% reactive methyl methacrylate slurry formulation combined with 12.5 lbs. of ProFill SL filler. It can be applied smooth (SL) or broadcasted (SLB) with silica quartz aggregate for enhanced non-slip resistance. 3. ProCryl HT Topcoat is an extremely hardwearing, pigmented methyl methacrylate finish for a smooth SL topping. Coating thickness should be a minimum of 10-16 mils over a smooth basecoat. ProCryl KT Topcoat is a hardwearing, pigmented, fast curing, methyl methacrylate grout/seal coat providing good point impact and resistance to high temperatures (up to 180°F) over a broadcasted SL topping. ProCryl UVR Topcoat can be used in outdoor applications for added light stability. Depending upon the required surface texture, a single or second topcoat may be required. Maximum coating thickness should not exceed 25-30 mils when used as a grout coat over a 20-25 mesh textured broadcast system. u Universal Colorants: 16 standard colors* universal for all ProREZ resins.
