The cost to repair the front and back gates will run $7,545. This price includes therepairs to the front gate. The entrance post will be straightened with a new concrete footerand the gate will be taken down and re-welded as straight as we can get it. There will be anew lid and photo beams to repair the gate operator.

The exit gates will be replaced with same style gate as is there now. The damageis too extensive to weld and get them looking halfway decent, those gate leaves will needto be replaced. The photo beams on this side will also be replaced.

From a visual inspection of the gate operators I see no mechanical damage it issafe to assume that mechanically sound. Electrical will need to be assessed when gatesare re hung and gate operators attached to test the electrical.

Dear Kathy,

Carolina Pondscapes, Inc. would like to thank you for the opportunity to provide you with thisproposal for the fountain that will be placed in the pond. We are a professional water feature design andconstruction company that strives to ensure that our water features and hardscapes stand out from themany features that are being constructed today. With over 20 years of combined experience in thetrenches of our customer's landscapes, we have built a reputable company by demonstrating ourknowledge of all types of water feature construction and techniques. Below are the items needed to installthe fountain.

• Kasco Marine Fountain, 2 hp, 18 feet high x SOfeet in width spray patter, 230 volt /10amps.

• The fountain nozzle will be the same as the existing fountain in the large pond• A 3 light lighting kit will also be included to highlight the area at night.• Labor, Fuel, Equipment

Total Cost of Project $4,225.00

Due to unforeseen weather conditions, vehicle and equipment issues and any other unforeseenincidents out of our control. Carolina Pondscapes. Inc. will strive to install your water feature asquickly as possible. We can give an approximate start date, but until we finish one protect, thatdetermines how soon we will be able to move onto the next one. Since we do strive on Quality,instead of Quantity, we treat everyone the same and provide them with a water feature that will beabove and beyond the expectations of our customers.

Carolina Pondscapes. Inc. will supply all labor and materials for the completion of this proposal,with the exception of electric installation. We do have a licensed electrician that can install theproper electrical but at an additional cost. The electrician is not an employee of CarolinaPondscapes. Inc.

Carolina Pondscapes requires a deposit amount of 50% of the total cost of the project, which willbe required to guarantee contracted labor. Full payment will be due upon completion of the contractedwork. We are really looking forward to working with you on your project.

We believe that you won't find another company whom specializes in Water features as we do, thatwill give you the knowledge and service that we will provide. If you have any questions or concerns, pleasedo not hesitate to give us a call. This contract must be signed and returned with the initial deposit within 30days to guarantee the costs listed in this contract.

Contract Agreement(Terms and Conditions)

This AGREEMENT is between Carolina Pondscapes, Inc., the contractor, and the customer, hereinafterreferred to as "YOU".

I agree to the conditions and hereby authorize Carolina Pondscapes, Inc. to perform the specified project listed onpages 1 & 2 of this contract agreement. Below is the total cost of the project and I accept the financial conditionsoutlined above and have included the required initial deposit of 50% for the contracted work. Full payment will be dueupon completion of the contracted work. I understand that the construction of the pond may vary from the estimatedstart date provided, due to unpredictable weather conditions and current work schedule ofCarolina Pondscapes, Inc.

1. LIMITED WARRANTY: All parts installed by Carolina Pondscapes, Inc. will be warranted through themanufacturers warranty period, unless agreed upon in writing by Carolina Pondscapes and "YOU" thecustomer. If there is a defect in the Contractor's workmanship or the materials provided, CarolinaPondscapes, Inc. will repair or replace, at their option, the service or material without charge, unless materialis covered by another written warranty, in which case, the warranty, excluding labor will apply. Under nocircumstances will the warranty period be greater than 90 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing byCarolina Pondscapes, Inc. It is further understood and acknowledged that all warranties extended under thiscontract shall become null and void if someone other than the Contractor, including the owner or occupantperforms any work on the product.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All utilities, such as cable, power or phone are the ultimate responsibility of theowner and will usually be located without charge from the utility company. If Carolina Pondscapes, Inc. isasked to provide any service for installing any Hardscape which requires the use of post hole diggers,equipment or machinery, the areas again must be marked by the appropriate authority and if it is not, CarolinaPondscapes, Inc. will not be held liable for any damage that may occur. This again is the ultimateresponsibility of the property owner. In the event that materials or product is damaged under the elements,acts of God, acts or third parties, Carolina Pondscapes, Inc. will again, not be held liable.

3. This agreement shall not be assigned or transferred without the express written consent of CarolinaPondscapes, Inc. Carolina Pondscapes, Inc. reserves the right to amend and / or correct any error oromission in this contract. Contract price quote is good for 30 days.
