We specifically help subject matter leaders to develop their influence, skills and services into products that will create sustainable, lasting income. We do this four phases:

1. PERSONAL BRAND DEVELOPMENTWe help you clarify your mission, objectives and offerings in order to develop the framework that will become the foundation of your brand. During this, we:

• Conduct a brand audit in which we review all of your products and marketing materials (website, print collateral, videos, etc) and make recommendations on how to improve it

• Review, revise, and integrate your mission, vision, and core values deeply into your company culture and infrastructure

• Review your current services and see where there are disconnects with your audience

2. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENTOnce we have reviewed your current personal brand, we next develop a signature product based on that personal brand. In our unique coaching process we work with you to create new digital or live product offerings that naturally align with your values to create more income.

3. PERSONAL BRAND DESIGNWe have full service design and marketing capabilities. During this stage, we take the personal brand content and product content we created and develop it into digital products and branded live experiences.

4. BRAND LAUNCHAfter we have completed all of the above phases, we launch your new brand with our custom launch plan and implementation strategy.

C O A C H I N G P R O C E S SBelow are the stages to the coaching process to create your product.

1. INITIAL INFORMATIONAL CONSULTATIONDuring this consultation I will get a general understanding of your project goals, current needs, and growth opportunities for your product or service. I will provide informal recommendations for where we should head and you can decide if you would like to work with me long term.

2. SELECT WHAT INCOME MODEL(S) YOU WOULD LIKE TO DEVELOPOn the next page, I have detailed out several different income models that we can develop in order to create sustainable product for your brand. After out initial consultation, we will work together to select which products are best for your income goals.

3. WEEKLY COACHING PHONE CALLS OR MEETINGS We will complete our coaching in a weekly format. Each session is between 1-2 hours and divided into three segments:

• Inform - This is where we explore the concepts to help you develop your product and content

• Engage - This is where we dialogue about what you want to accomplish and how to best get you there

• Apply - This is where we develop the content and structure for your audience’s needs

Every week, you will be given a homework assignment in order to maximize the value of our sessions. These homework assignments directly relate to your content development process.

4. DESIGN + IMPLEMENTATION During the last stage of our coaching is where the implementation comes in. Depending on which package you choose, we will implement and/or design your product to make it as effective as possible.

THE CHALLENGEAn acclaimed philanthropic leader, U.S. Goodwill Ambassador, educator and social enterprise consultant, Carlisha lends her spirit, expertise and voice as an advocate for women and girls worldwide. As the founder of Women Empowering Nations (WEN), a non-profit devoted to the educational and economic empowerment of girls, Carlisha has solidified herself as one of the most significant and influential world shakers of her generation. With an increasing influence among women and executive leaders, Carlisha needed a for profit extension of her non-profit brand that would afford her the ability to develop leaders, consult with non-profits, and create passive income.

THE CHALLENGEFounder & CEO of Risha Grant LLC, created the only award-winning, full-service diversity communications consulting firm in Oklahoma. Risha’s mission is to utilize diversity communication strategies, tactics and training as a catalyst to create an inclusive culture in every community and organization in the state of Oklahoma and beyond. With over 15 years of diversity consulting experience, Risha desired to transition her brand to a more personal image and translate her years of diversity and consulting experience into her first book.

sexual issues you are bothered with concerning

your partner. Whether you have discovered your

husband is having an affair or simply have questions

about some peculiar sexual preferences of your

partner, we will unpack these issues to identify the

state of the relationship. In this session, we will:

• Understand the signs of variant sexual behavior

With over 7 years of professional counseling experience along with aiding

women in recovery from sexual betrayal, I understand the vicious

cycle and traumatic effects sexual betrayal can bring to a relationship.

I have been there. I have suffered through the toxic effects of sexual betrayal

and know what it feels like to be in a relationship with a person consumed by their

own sexual desires. I understand the experience of feeling used, inadequate, and

untrusting of both yourself and your partner. I understand the impact felt from a

partner going outside of the relationship for sexual gratification. Being with a

partner who prefers adulterous affairs (both physical and/or emotional), strip

clubs, and pornography to name a few leaves one feeling hopeless. I am here

to help and have designed several programs just for you.
