Introduction
HHT PLC OverviewHHT PLC is a 100% subsidiary of Heylo Housing Limited and on lends the proceeds from its bond issuance to its parent. Security for these loans is provided over the property portfolios of Heylo Housing.
Heylo Housing was established specifically to invest in affordable housing over the long term with a particular focus on shared ownership properties.
