ATTSU steam boilers series HH are theresult of a long tradition in the boilermanufacturing, bringing together arobust design, energy efficiency and thenewest technologies of control andcommunication in an extremely durableand reliable equipment.

HH series are three-pass firetubeboilers, with plain or corrugated furnace(according to size and pressure), totallywater cooled.

In steam boilers series HH we havetaken care of every single detail fromdesign, construction and finishes,standing out their low thermal load,high energy efficiency, low level ofcontamination and low cost ofmaintenance, in addition to theirsafety, reliability and easy handling.

HH steam boilers are manufactured in a range of steam ratesfrom 2.000 to 20.000 kilos per hour and standard pressure upto 16 bar and are suitable for a great variety of applications:

To this purpose ATTSU boilers are equipped with a great varietyof accessories and in some cases, with the aim of avoiding theconstruction of a special place for them, they are installed in acontainerised boiler room ready to operate, avoiding the delaysdue to civil works.

In the same way, although they are designed andmanufactured in conformity with the German code TRD and theEuropean Directive 97/23/EC, they can also be designedaccording to ASME, BS, DNV, GOST, JIS among others.

The standard model is equipped withtwo PED certified safety valves.

HH Steam boilers are equipped with theaccessories that allow them to operatewithout permanent supervision for 24 hoursperiods and optionally with the extraaccessories to operate without permanentsupervision for 72 hours periods.

Redundant automation systems, two-of-three logic, Ethernet communication,Lonworks, Modbus, Profibus, remote control, integration in Scada systems, etc. formpart of the optional equipment for ATTSU boilers.

Identification that allows at any timecopies of the technical documentation,list of components, etc.

The handwheel operated gate valves havea stainless steel bellows shaft sealingsystem thanks to which they arepractically maintenance free.

The square-dowel level indicatorsinstalled by ATTSU have a greaterfield of view, better leak tightnessand easier maintenance, in additionto a safety lock system.

The boiler is completed with a burnersuitable for use with different availablefuels like for example: natural gas,propane gas, biogas, light oil, biodiesel,heavy oil, animal fat, industrialglycerine, etc. or special burners ready touse two or more of these fuels. There arespecial models for low NOx or withOxygen trim/sensor and speedmodulator, etc.

The standard model is equipped withone vertical feed water pumpGrundfos with stainless steelimpeller, shaft seal and pumphousing and on/off control.As an option the boiler can besupplied with a second pump,modulating feeding with electronicpumps or three ways valve.

Economizer designed to maximize the steam boiler efficiency. A large range ofcapacities allows us to satisfy any demand, even with boilers from othermanufacturers.

Stainless steel blowdown vessel withtemperature control. Different sizes suitableto meet the complete range of steam boilersfrom 50 to 20000 kilos/hour.

Steam generator from thermal oil or superheated water.In addition, stainless steel vaporizers designed for applications where steam comesinto direct contact with food and in which steam is produced by means of steam,thermal oil or superheated water.

Water treatment plant which consists of afeed water and condensate recovery tankentirely made out of stainless steel,softener, chemical dosing pump,sampling valves, etc.

Steam accumulator, it allows one-off steam supplies morethan ten times greater the steam rate of the boiler.

Steam distribution header with multiple off-takes and bearing CE marking according to PED 97/23/EC. Thermal degasser for boilers feed water treatment; it improves the efficiency of theboiler, especially indicated for high working pressure boilers and food-processingindustry.
