About the Seminar

Engineering of Narula Institute of Technology

under the patronage of JIS group is organizing a

two day workshop on ”Antenna Modeling Using

HFSS & its Applications” in industrial

collaboration with ANSYS on 22-23 June 2012.

The workshop is a forum for the exchange of

information on the progress of research and

development in innovative antenna technology. It

focuses on antenna and also applications of

advanced artificial materials to the antenna

design. This Workshop aims to create concrete

foundation for further implementation of

Communication Devices using HFSS software by

bringing together eminent scholars, innovative

academicians, researchers, PG students and

industrial experts to provide a platform to acquaint

& share new ideas in the field.

We extend our cordial invitation to all for active

participation in this event to interact and exchange

views with experts and to deliberate on the future

issues in this thrust area relevant to national

priorities. We believe the intellectual dialogue on

this issue is important and is therefore providing

AMHA-2012 an ideal platform for it.

About The Institute & ECE Department

Narula Institute of Technology

established in 2001, is a unit of JIS Group of

academic institutions, managed under the Narula

Educational Trust. The institute aims at providing

high quality technical and professional education

to the budding engineers and professionals by

exposing them to the expanding horizon of techno

-economic knowledge, giving the ambience needed

for developing requisite technical and managerial

skills for making a mark of excellence in the

academic, research & industrial arenas.

ECE Department has been started from

the inception of the institute with 60 intake in the

B.Tech . Now the department has 120 students in

B.Tech and 18 students in M.Tech ECE

(Communication). Furthermore M.Tech ECE

(Microelectronics & VLSI Design) course likely to

be started shortly. In the Dept. there are different

excellent laboratories, AICTE funded two

MODROBS projects have been recently completed

successfully.
