the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. Donning the mantle of accountability, they also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities. We believe that the child centric approach will frame a responsible citizen.
• The event was presided over by a special guest, Ms. Anchal Gulati, our proud alumnus, Doordarshan Broadcaster, the school Principal, Mr. Subrata Kundu, Ms. Vandana Tomar, HM Senior Wing, Ms. Manjeet Kaur, HM Junior Wing and parents of newly elected student’s council. It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion.• It commenced with a prayer that signified the removal of darkness. The stage
was then taken by XI C students to conduct a special program. It was followed by Haryanvi dance performance. After that, it was finally time for the event every member was looking forward to announcing the new leaders of the school. The Head Girl Miss Mansi and the Head Boy Master Jamil Ahmad along with House Captain’s of Student Council conferred with sashes by Principal Sir. The students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem.
• Our Special Guest Ms. Anchal Gulati congratulated them and admonished them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. He also exhorted them to uphold the values. He reminded them that with position comes responsibility towards themselves, their school and peers and struggles help one to achieve heights.• The Principal Mr. Subrata Kundu also appreciated and congratulated
them. He advised them to be role models and extended a supporting hand to the students’ council for the smooth running of the school. The programme concluded with a thanking note by HM Senior Wing, Ms. Vandana Tomar, followed by National Anthem.
