REFERRAL PROCESS

There are 2 simple options when referring your client:Complete the paper referral card have your clients sign and fax to the HLG o�ce at 1-877-455-5785or visit Heritagelending.com/4Pillars and have your client complete the online referral card, with electronic signature.

What to expect:• You will receive a confirmation email that we have

received your referral.

• Your client will be assigned an HLG Mortgage

Specialist, who will call you direct to review your client’s situation.

• We will keep you posted on the progress of the mortgage application, and advise you once he mortgage has funded.

What your client will expect:• Your clients will receive a phone call within the one

business day.

• Once we have contacted your client, we will complete our quick mortgage analysis, and start the application to approval process.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are 4Pillars Representatives allowed to refer themselves?Yes, everyone is able to refer themselves and be eligible to receive a referral fee.

How are referral fees calculated?Referral fees are paid based on the amount of the funded mortgage, the referral rate is 20% of the commission received by HLG.

When will I receive my referral fee?Once the mortgage is processed by Heritage Lending Group, and funded by the mortgage lender, the referral fee will be paid at the beginning of the following month.
