Accommodation
¼¼ En-suite accommodation furnished with a desk for private study, and a personal Wi-Fi router.
¼¼ Located in a beautiful, natural setting surrounded by landscaped gardens.
¼¼ The halls of residence are located at the rear of the campus, around 5 minutes’ walk from the canteen and classrooms.
¼¼ Rooms are situated on long corridors allowing groups to stay together where possible.

Maximum class size: 18 English levels: Elementary - Proficiency (programme can be adjusted to lower English levels). Young learners’ syllabus available for students aged 11 or younger* *minimum 12 students required

MealsBreakfast: 07:30 - 08:45 - Continental breakfast, yoghurts and fruit with tea, coffee and fruit juice.
Lunch: 12:30 - 13:30 - Hot lunch with two choices (1x vegetarian), pasta, salad bar and dessert.
Dinner: 18:00 - 20:00 - Hot dinner with two choices (1x vegetarian), pasta, salad bar and dessert.
FacilitiesSports: Facilities include a sports hall, football, basketball, volley ball and badminton. Gym is available for group leaders for a small fee.
Other: There is the Student Union, chill out area, bar and café for most evening activities.
Computer Access
Internet access will be made available for Group Leaders. For more information please contact your Centre Manager. A network connection is available in the accommodation but it does require you to create an account and password.
Laundry
The laundry service at Heriot-Watt is available 24-hours every day of the week. It is self-service wash and dry. Bed linen will be washed once a week by the University laundry. All students should bring towels and toiletries.
Security
There is a 24-hour security team on-site. No safes in the bedrooms. The Centre Manager has a safe in their office for Group Leaders to store money/passports securely. Replacement keys from Reception at £25 per key. If locked out outside opening hours, the Centre Manager has a pass key. Damage deposits of £25 or €30 will be collected.
