Brief about Shweta Mistry Enchanted Wallpaper and fabric - Shweta’s use of colours are beautifully intense and her composition for Enchanted design beckon the viewer to stay awhile. Featuring a peacock perched on a tree is a delight to the sight. The peacock perched on a tree is the hero of our Enchanted design hand-painted by Shweta. Using delicate brush work with Cinnabar pigment for the body of the peacock adds detail to the design. It is said that Cinnabar was more precious than gold at some point in the history of pigments. Cinnabar could be found in Turners’ paint box displayed at Tate Modern. The raw pigment is grounded using mortar and pestle with a rhythmic movement. Pics attached for your reference. Come visit us and see for yourself at Today’s Signature Hall 6 Stand K146. Looking forward to seeing you and share the process behind creation of the products.
