General Information
Moonlight reserves the right to change at any time and without prior warning the technical specica-tion of any product in this catalogue. No part of this catalogue may be copied without a written authorisation of Moonlight. The luminaires in the catalogue are designed and patented by Moonlight.
The secondary reector systems are patented by Bartenbach Lichtlabor and manufactured by Moonlight under the licience of Bartenbach Lichtlabor.
Unless specially indicated, the luminaires are sup-plied without lamps. All dimensions are in milli-metres. Voltages given refer to main frequency of 50/60 Hz.
All electrical equipment is installed in accordance with IEC regulations.
Moonlight lighting systems have been extensively developed to meet the exacting demands of Light Pollution requirements. The standard nishing of the products are speci-ed in the product description. The products can also be nished in RAL colours on request subject to availability.

Moonlight xtures are in compliance with GOST-R (Russian Federation Standards)
ENEC
The xtures are KEMA tested and carry the ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certication) sign. ENEC titles the agreement on the use of a commonly agreed mark of con-formity for luminaires and relevant components complying with Euro-pean Standards. The purpose is to grant a common European mark on the basis of applicable European standards and to strive for elimi-nation of existing special national conditions and national deviations, valid in the countries of the ENEC Signatories.

Pole LuminairesIt is clear that exterior lighting makes a dramatic rst impression. Combin-ing aesthetic detailing, die-cast alu-minium production range provides innovative illumination for urban and residential areas.
The poles are available with base plates and anchorage sets, also in ground buried and in different heights and diameters. Moonlight pole luminaires are resistant to high wind and offer considerable resis-tance to atmospheric agents. The poles are available in galvanized steel or aluminium with corrosion re-sistant die-cast aluminium arms and brackets etc.

Secondary Reector Systems Required eld of radiation
Curved facetted systems are based on projector - mirror - technology, light concentrated from a primary reector is aimed to a mirror eld which reects the light according to lighting design demands.
Reduced glare due to spot light redirection
Systems providing required at an-gles of radiation in principle risk of producing glare. With spot light redi-rection, projector mirror systems re-duce glare to minimum. By arrang-ing facets with alternating curvature (concave and convex) smooth links between facets can be achieved and multiple reection and shading can be avoided.
Technology of the future
The facets with alternating curvature and concave curved facets provide innovative performance.

The secondary reector screen is compound from several different con-vex and concave reecting facets. Due to the highly specular surface of the facets; the reected light is perfectly radiated in pre-dened angles of radiation. By arranging facets with alternating curva-ture (concave and convex) smooth links between facets can be realized and multiple reection and shading can be avoided.
Moonlight reector technology enables maximum light out-put. High purity anodized aluminium primary reector has been carefully engineered to provide outstanding visual uniformity and light emission to illuminate exactly with-in the surface of the secondary reector facets. The luminaire is designed to Metal Halide Discharge lamps and is used increasingly for park and pe-destrian lighting with high lumen output, low power costs, low failure rate and long life.
The system is planned to provide illu-mination of urban areas of cities from a mounting height of approx. 10 m. The system is available in single and
double versions.

Ballast is a magnetic HPF and incorporated control gear, ignitor and capacitor integrated. Electronic power control gear is available for 150 W HIT lamps.
Installation is guaranteed with earthling both in the lumi-naire and pole. (Electrical Insulation: CLASS I).
The system complies with European standards EN60598 and ENEC marked.
Finishing
Poles are available in galvanized steel with liquid paint for high corrosion resistance. The poles offer considerable resistance to atmospheric agents and supplied with base plate and anchorage set in galvanized steel to be xed in concrete xing.
Light tting is powder coated. Moonlight powder coating system engineered to provide the superior quality nish suitable for all weather conditions.
