Unlike many financial organisations, we value all our customers, however much they choose to invest. We’re aware that if we serve you well, you are more than likely to continue working with us. Although most of our individual customers do ask us to help manage funds of around CHF250,000 or more (and family office services typically over CHF10M) there is no strict limit on the minimum amount of funds you must invest.

We believe that no one can advise anyone properly unless they really understand their particular circumstances, their needs and their objectives. This is why we promise absolute confidentiality. From that comes your trust, which we hold as our most valued commodity. You can be sure that we will always respect and protect your privacy.

At the very beginning of our relationship, we will work with you to understand your requirements, based on factors such as your age, health, temperament, investment experience, personal preferences, individual circumstances and family situation.

Naturally, you may choose the extent of the service you require, but we can offer complete financial support if you wish, for individual or family office services. This might include investment advice and asset protection, financial privacy, offshore living, retirement, tax management and succession planning. You will have your own Private Banking Advisor (PBA) who will be your personal investment adviser, responsible for the day-to-day management of the individual portfolio designed to suit your own investment requirements. After all, apart from the skills of our advisers, and the experts they consult, one of the benefits of using our services is so that you don’t have to spend time deci-phering the labyrinth of financial markets, to monitor every nuance of change that may have an effect on your investments. That’s what we do, to make your life simpler.

You will have round-the-clock access to information about your investments — either online (via secure links, of course) or through personal contact. Each month (or more frequently if you wish) we will discuss your portfolio, and every 6 months we will provide a formal review, to ensure that your investment strategy is performing as you expect.

Finally, if you require ancillary services to make your life easier, we are always happy to oblige. Whether you want help with booking hotels, with arranging transport or anything else — we are here to do whatever it takes to make your life easier. Helvetia Wealth is managed by Chairman and co-founder Ottmar Ruoff, who has 30 years’ private banking experience. A former Board manager of ABN Amro, he was previously Deputy Global Head of Deutsche Bank and Managing Partner at Swan Wealth, a family office he co-owned with Deutsche Bank.

Co-founder Kamil Stender is Chief Executive Officer, who has worked for two of the world’s leading private banks, Credit Suisse (London) and Deutsche Bank.

Managing Director, and Board member at IFP, Independent Financial Partners AG. Mr. Porchet has over twenty years experience in Private Banking and Institutional Portfolio Management as well as working on M&A activities with Bank Julius Baer & Co AG, Zurich.

As Head of Private Banking for Chase Manhat-tan Bank in Zurich Mr. Porchet was responsible for marketing activities in Germany, Austria and the German speaking part of Switzerland. Mr. Porchet became Managing Director of Banque Générale du Luxembourg (Suisse) AG, before joining a well known Asset Management firm with offices in Zurich and Liechtenstein. As a member of the board of directors for a trust company Mr. Porchet has extensive knowledge and experience in international wealth structur-ing for HNW individuals. In 2002, Mr. Porchet was invited to join the board of directors of Rising STAR AG, a Swiss company, which specialises in structuring alternative investment solutions for private and institutional investors
