Conclusion: BTU rating has increased 2290 part, allowing for a more complete burn of the fuel in the

combustion chamber. This will allow for a decrease in Exhaust Gas Temperatures as well

as decrease soot from entering into the lubricating oil of the engine.

In this test, EMF Green Extreme provides excellent stability as illustrated by thehigh light reflection. Thermal degradation of diesel fuel can cause the formation ofgums which can increase deposits and the chance of filter plugging.

Improved Emissions with Bio DieselProcedure Employed:Addition of 1 gallon of Fuel Treatment to every 3,000 gallons of Bio Diesel Fuel (B20).All measurements utilized a combustion analysis to determine many parametersincluding Nox reduction.Testing in a Las Vegas Nevada School District.

Note: The mechanical series engines required a greater clean-up period. However, once theclean up of soot and deposits were complete, the improvements were marked and dramatic.

CONCLUSIONS:The “NOX” reduction on the school buses utilizing “EMF Green Extreme”™ was an overwhelmingsuccess. The average Nox reduction was 35% with one unit experiencing a 74% reduction in Noxlevels. In addition to Nox reduction, carbon monoxide levels went down an average of 37% andthe average gas temperature went down 19%. A big saving gain was seen on the improvement infuel burn efficiency which resulted in an average engine burn efficiency of a 6.3% increase.Overall, the test indicated that the utilization of the “EMF Green Extreme”™ product with B20 Biodiesel produces a reduction in Nox levels and an increase in fuel efficiency.

New EPA laws have come into effect for 2007 causing fuel manufactures toreduce their Sulfur content from 500 ppm to 15 ppm. By reducing Sulfur in dieselfuel, this will help the environment with reduced emissions but at the same timewill effect diesel fuel to have low lubricity factors.
