Lord Coe is an excellent example of someone that achieved gold medal success in the 2 consecutive Olympics, became an MP, Peer, oversaw the London 2012 Games and is now overseeing Legacy in the UK.

This is done by encouraging everyone to:

:: participate in Positive, Nurturing & Enduring relationships with their friends, family and neighbours

:: get involved in Constructive Use of Time (Sport, Arts, Culture)

reduction of high risk behaviours (related to economic, health and social lifestyles)

Research with over 3 million people proves that there are about 40 factors that show what a person needs to reach their full potential.

Having less than 10 of these factors, the more likely it is people will engage in high risk behaviours.

However, having more than 30 of these factors, they are more likely to thrive.

In having the right relationships and engaging in the right activities, the traits gained from these two areas will then naturally transfer across into all elements of an individuals life.
