The world is changing quickly and technology is the tool that is being used more and more to connect with employees, family members and customers. This presentation was done at the American Farm Bureau Federation's annual convention in Seattle, WA -January 2010. We can no longer ignore it- and it doesn't have to be overwhelming. Whether you take the first step getting signed up for a Facebook account to connect with family members or you use a mobile phone or video camera to take pictures of your business to share, educate and engage customers, it's important to at least take ONE STEP.
