Help Manual for Stage 1,Submit Bid Hash (Bid Preparation) on DAE portal.

Open the Internet Explorer and type the URL of the portal. In this case we are considering the example of DAE demo portal so type the URL as http://daedemo.etenders.dae.gov.in

Step 1: Type Your USER ID

Step 2: Type Your Password

Step 3: Now click on “Go” button

Next Screen will appear, select “Tender Search” under Search Criteria.

You may also provide with Key Word like “ Tender Ref No”, Short description of the Item” and then click on “search” button.

Now click on “Search” button to search for all tenders.

Next page will be displayed with the list of Tenders Live on portal .

Click on the “Tender Ref No.” link to select the particular Tender.

You will get the “Action Page” button. Click on “ Action Page” button to proceed.

Next screen will appear, now click on “proceed” button for Stage 1. Submit Bid Hash(Bid Preparation)”.

The next screen will appear with Actions “Load Forms ”. Now click on “ Go” button.

The next screen will appear,Now click on “ Load Forms” button.

The message will be displayed “Bid Forms Loaded Successfully”.

From the Action select “ DSC key Sending” and then click on Go

Click on “Ok” for the window displayed.

You will get the following message “ Public Key and Certificate Info sent Successfully”.

Then Click on “Complete Task” button.

The Next Screen will appear with Actions “ Edit Header Contents”,click on Go Button

Kindly fill your Bid Reference No. & Remarks on the respective fields.

Then click on “ Save” button, the message will appear “ Bid header details saved successfully!”.

From the actions select “ Edit Common forms” and then click on Go button.

The Next Screen will appear with the forms you need to Fill, click on the red color tick mark to edit the forms.

For the Price Bid form, please click on Download Excel File.

Save the Price Bid Excel Format “tnd221pricebid01.xls” in this case.

Please check the location on your system where you are saving the Excel format & click on Save Button

Click on Close to close this Pop Window.

Open the saved Price Bid Excel format & fill the Details appropriately. “tnd221pricebid01.xls” in this case

The Evaluated cost Per unit) & Total Evaluated cost will be calculated automatically. After filling the details save the excel file.

Click on Upload Excel File

Click on Browse button.

Upload the Same excel file which you have downloaded from the system

Click on Add Data

The details filled in the Excel will come on this page along with the figures into Words

Now click on Encrypt & Save Button to encrypt the details

The filled details will get Encrypted. Then select the Form Numbers to go to the Next Form.

Fill the required details in the Template. Then click on Encrypt and Save Button.

The details filled will get encrypted.

Click on Select Doc button to upload the documents.

Select the document from the Briefcase.

Following message will be displayed on the screen as “ File Hash Sent Successfully”.

Now Click on “Save button”.

The message will be “Record Saved”.

Now click on Complete Task Button.

The next screen will appear with actions “ Sign of Hash”, now click on Go button

Now click on “Accept & Send Signed Hash button”.

Select the Appropriate Certificate and then click on OK.

Below message will be displayed as “Signed Hash Sent Successfully”.

Step2 :Now click on Complete Task button

The Next Screen will show as the Stage1 as Completed. Click on Log out.
