Hello & welcome to the “RVT” little book of

treats. We are obsessed with providing you

lucky lot with a wide range of interesting

and classical cocktails.

We have fastidiously researched & of course sampled

the fayre that we have on offer. As ever though our

highly skilled individuals behind the bar can make

your favourite if it’s not on the menu. But not only

are we crazy about cocktails we are nuts about vodka

and I mean all the vodka over 100 are stocked!

From Herefordshire to Kazakhstan, we have the lot,

we are quickly dispelling the myth of the so called

“tasteless spirit” into the wonderful clean joyous

spirit that has been enjoyed all around the world for

centuries.

We also do a marvellous selection of craft beers by

the likes of Flying dog, Brooklyn, Leffe, Meantime

& Anchor to name a few! On the ale taps we have some

cracking guest’s from Purity, Titanic, Thornbridge,

Wye Valley, Froth Blowers, Marston’s & many more.

We do hope that you love your time in the glorious,

unpretentious, if not slightly quirky, original 100

year old pub that is the “RVT” as much as we do work-

The ultimate raspberry pavlova in a glass! Fresh muddled raspber-

ries, Ciroc red berries, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice & egg white

VEGRONI (Negroni) 6.50

The perfect aperitif or digestive, either way it’s just superb. Black-

woods botanical vodka, punt es mes & Aperol tantalizingly stirred

with a hit of fresh orange zest.

VODKARITA (Margarita) 6.50 #

We have taken Mexico’s biggest selling drink & given it a unique

little spin, Finlandia lime, dry yet sweet orange liqueur, zesty fresh

lime & sticky agave syrup (with or without salt rim)

VANHATTAN (Manhattan) 6.50

This classic drink gets a Latvian makeover using overproof vodka,

Stoli Blue 100 proof stirred expertly with sweet vermouth & aromatic

bitters, finished with flamed orange.

SHERBTINI (Cosmo) 7.00

This little joker is made using the “Willy Wonker” of the vodka world.

Aivy lemon, pomegranate & lime flavoured vodka, cranberry juice & 2

types of lime all shaken to produce a sherbet delight.

VODJITO (Mojito) 5.50 #

Not rocket science to work this one out! Finlandia lime vodka, bun-

dles of freshly slapped mint, tangy fresh lime & sweet brown sugar all

smashed together over crushed ice with a splash of club soda.

TOM VOLLINS (Tom Collins) 5.50 #

A classic drink here given the #RVTVodka twist. Sweet waves of lemon

sherbet infused with zingy lemon cake. Stoli Citrus, lots of tangy

lemon juice, balanced with a hit of sugar & club soda.

REYKARAC (Sazerac) 7

A right toughie this one is to balance out but we think we’ve nailed

it! Reyka super premium vodka, lovingly stirred with a hint of anise ,

grapefruit & barrel aged whiskey bitters.

ZOMBIE 7.50

Walk with the living dead (you just might be after this!) Gosling’s

dark rum, Appleton VX, apricot liqueur, pineapple, orange,

fresh lime, almond syrup & topped with Wray & Nephew.

DARK ‘N’ STORMY 6.00 #

The National drink of Bermuda (although to be fair the Rum

Swizzle also claims that title), Gosling’s dark rum simply

topped up with ginger beer, fresh lime & bitters.

MOSCOW MULE 6.00 #

USA v’s USSR finished long ago, but the battle remains in this glass.

American Tito’s vodka, ginger Ale, fresh lime & bitters.

ELDERFLOWER & CUCUMBER COLLINS 5.50

A refreshing blend of muddled cucumber, sweetness from the

St Germain liqueur, fresh lemon & a booze kick from Hayman’s

Old Tom gin making this a summer classic.

BLACKBERRY & BASIL MOJITO 5.50

An autumnal version of this classic summer drink. Fresh

muddled blackberries, fresh lime, golden sugar, pungent

basil, blackberry liqueur & of course lots of Bacardi Blanca.

TROPICAL WINE COOLER 5.50 #

“Club Tropicana drinks are free” but unfortunately this one is not!

Crisp Sauvignon Blanc , pineapple & cranberry juice are all

harmonically blended together with dark cherry vodka &

amaretto, served over ice.

VERY BERRY ICICLE 6.00 #

Mr Slushy will be envious of this concoction. Finlandia

cranberry vodka, muddled blackberries & raspberries, zesty

lime & cranberry juice muddled together with crushed ice

CAIPRINHA 5.50 #

Last but by no means least, the top selling RVT cocktail of all time!!

Fragrant Brazilian Cachaca, soft brown Demerara sugar & lots

of muddled lime served over crushed ice.

APPLETINI 6.00

Well the doctor does say “An apple a day keeps the doctors away”

Sweet & sour Chase apple & Ciroc apple vodka combined with

cloudy apple juice & a hint of fresh lime.

FRENCH MARTINI 5.50 #

The French Martini was invented in the 1980s at one of Keith

McNally’s New York City bars. A perfect marriage of Cariel

Vanilla vodka, Chambord & pineapple.

PORNSTAR MARTINI 7.00

Do you like over the top glamour? So do we! A sexy blend

of fresh passion fruit, Cariel vanilla vodka, Licor 43,

pineapple, zingy fresh lime & prosecco.

CHERRYTINI 5.50 #

Davna Czeri is probably Poland’s best kept secret! A macerated

cherry Vodka that we have mixed with Maraschino, red stag

bourbon & a touch of cranberry.

PROPER ESPRESSO MARTINI 7.75

The “Thinking man/women’s “ vodka red bull, strong fresh

ground espresso laced with Cariel vanilla vodka, Licor 43

& sumptuous cold pressed MR Blacks coffee liqueur shaken hard.

THE “COSMOPOLITAN” 7.00

The infamous Sex & the City cocktail (it’s ok to admit you’ve

watched it) Grey Goose Citron, orange liquor, cranberry,

fresh lime, finished with flamed orange zest.

WINNIE THE PEAR 6.00

Grey Goose le Poire vodka, organic pear juice, runny honey,

spicy fresh ginger and tart fresh lemon juice combined to

make even Tigger jealous.

MAYAN MARTINI 6.00

Seductive Patron cafe XO tequila, tantalising fresh

raspberries shaken hard with espresso, licor 43, fresh

ground espresso & raspberry liqueur #yourwelcome

SORRENTO SPARKLE 7.00

Think Amalfi coast, think sunshine, think happiness.

Lemoncello, tangy fresh lemon juice & a little hint of

sugar topped with prosecco.

APEROL SPRITZ 5.50

Aperol Spritz is undoubtedly the most widespread &

commonly drank aperitif in Italy. Aperol, club soda &

prosecco served over ice with a wedge of fragrant orange.

BAKE WELL FIZZ 7.00

So, a sparkling drink that tastes like cake? Yep! Sticky

Amaretto , rich dark cherry vodka & a lingering but

rich vanilla syrup topped with prosecco.

RASPBERRY & BASIL EFFERVESCE 7.00

Think raspberry Bellini meets herb garden. Crushed fresh

raspberries, Stoli raspberry vodka, raspberry liqueur &

fresh basil leaves finished off with prosecco of course.

PADDINGTON’S PROSECCO 7.00

Good job this wasn’t around in the 70’s otherwise a certain

little bear would have never got back to Peru! Chase Marmalade

vodka & dry orange liqueur topped with prosecco.

ICED BRAMBLES BUBBLES 7.00

Bubbles are great, Bramble’s are great but put ‘em together and

what have you got? Bibbidi-Bombay-Boo. Bombay Sapphire,

rich blackberry liqueur, muddled fresh blackberries &

zesty lemon served over crushed ice topped with bubbles.

LE GRANDE FIZZ 7.00

An opulent blend of Super Premium Grey Goose Orange vodka,

sweet elderflower St Germain liqueur, a dash of elderflower

cordial all served over ice topped with prosecco.

JAM’MIN THYME 7.00

No donuts here but the filling is. Sweet sticky blueberry jam,

Stoli Blueberry vodka, shaken in a jam jar with fresh

thyme over crushed ice & topped with prosecco.

was the finest wheat that grows on the plains and her

mother was the purest spring water that flows through

the snow-capped mountains.

It wasn’t long before Snow Queen Vodka became known as the smooth-
