Heller Kunststoffe GmbH Herborn, with currently 60 employ-ees in Herborn and 23 employees in the Friedewald branch, is your competent and reliable supplier of mouldings and tubing made of PVC and related substitute materials for all industry branches. Since 1979, we are your competent and reliable supplier of mouldings and tubing made of PVC and related substitute materials for all industry branches.

HISTORY

Heller Kunststoffe was founded in 1979 by the present Managing Director Manfred Heller as a sole proprietor-ship. Starting with straightforward customary PVC standard mouldings and profi les, the company quickly broadened its competencies. With its own development department com-bined with in-house tool manufacturing the product portfolio was enlarged and henceforth PVC substitutes were also processed. Today, as we did then, we endeavour to provide individual solutions tailored to the needs of our customers. In 1998 the old premises became too small and the company moved to Hohe Str. 85 in Herborn-Seelbach to continue to meet the requirements of customers concerning quality and service delivery. In 1994, a second branch was established in Friedewald near Bad Hersfeld.

COUNTLESS POSSIBILITIES

With currently 15 extrusion lines in Herborn and 10 in Friedewald we are processing a variety of materials such as soft & hard PVC, PA, PE, PP, PU, PS, ABS, TPE, and other thermoplastics capable of extrusion, which are formed into simplex or duplex mouldings and profi les. Profi les and tubes are delivered in the form of rolls, tailored goods or units. Furthermore we are in a position to deliver fi nished products with perforations, overprints, Velcro and sticky tape or joined into rings by welding or gluing.

It goes without saying that we are able to accommodate minimum volume orders just as well as orders with millions of units or metres. We have a great variety of granulate types and many different colour batches in stock in our raw materi-als warehouse and are therefore able to react fl exibly to our customers‘ wishes.

Product precision and quality in the fi elds of “Manufacturing of plastic products by extrusion and tool manufacturing” was certifi ed by DEKRA ITS Certifi cation Services in the context of DIN ISO 9001:2008 and is subject to an annual superviso-ry audit. The certifi cate is available for you in the download area.

We keep developing further and we are willing to learn in order to be prepared in the best possible way to meet any future challenges. The higher the complexity of the customer’s performance requirements to fi nd a custom-tailored product solution, the greater the challenge and the joy at one’s own accomplishment once the project is complete. We solve the most complicated problems of our customers with great enthusiasm. Their wishes are multifarious and de-manding. That is exactly what keeps us motivated to further develop our abilities and to give our very best at all times: fi nding custom-tailored product solutions for every customer and their consequent implementation and manufacture.We develop your products on the basis of templates, sketches or drawings. Our own development department combined with our in-house tool-manufacturing experts make this possible.

FROM DRAWING TO VOLUME PRODUCTION

Nowadays, we have state-of-the-art tool manufacturing ex-perts at our disposal using 2 CNC-controlled wire eroding machines. As a result, we are in a position to manufacture our own high-performance tools on the basis of templates or drawings in a very short period of time.

It goes without saying that samples for trials and test pur-poses are made available to customers upon completion of the tools. After their approval we will quickly be ready for series production.

Directions: Motorway exit Herborn-Süd. Continue in the direction of Marburg/Gladenbach. Take the ring road (B 277) to Herborn-Burg - 3rd traffi c light. Take a left turn here and turn right again straight away (B 255/direction Marburg/Gladenbach). Drive through the suburb of Burg. After this you will reach Herborn-Seelbach. Continue through this town and approx. 100 m after the city limit sign take a left turn. Continue along this road until you reach the former barracks (approx. 3 km). Turn left here and after approx. 500 m you will see the Heller company on the right side (opposite the cemetery).
