There is no need to search for or build specially designed noise insulated chambers for placing a screw compressor into. During screw compressor operation the noise level is not higher than the noise level from other industrial machines. Micro processing unit MC2This component of the compressor controls the operation of all units of the screw compressor and all the parameters of the working process. The unit prevents possible overheating of the screw pair when working in extreme temperatures outside of the working area. On the LCD display of the MC2 unit, it is 4 rows display all working parameters and all service activities to be undertaken. In case of a problem arising during compressor operation, this unit automatically shuts down. With this MC2 unit its possible to change the working parameters shuts down the power to the compressor and can also adjust it to needs of the working process.

Preparation of compressed airAfter compression the air goes into a bottle. Before sending the compressed air to the installation, it is fast cooled in a cooler with automatic condensation drainer for removing water from the compressor. Micro processing unit MC2This component of the compressor controls the operation of all units of the screw compressor and all the parameters of the working process. The unit prevents possible overheating of the screw pair when working in extreme temperatures outside of the working area. On the LCD display of the MC2 unit, it is 4 rows display all working parameters and all service activities to be undertaken. In case of a problem arising during compressor operation, this unit automatically shuts down. With this MC2 unit its possible to change the working parameters shuts down the power to the compressor and can also adjust it to needs of the working process.

Air filtersFiltration of compressed air of dust can be done by set of filters with cartridges. With these types of filters, we can achieve filtration from 3 to 0.01 microns. With a special model of carbon filters, we can achieve 99.99% clean compressed air without oil. AQF filters are used as primary filters. They can be mounted on the installation after the compressor. This type of filter can make filtration of compressed air up to 3 microns, and is corrosion resistant and operates at high temperatures.For final filtration of compressed air, we need AHF filters. With this type of filter, we can make filtration up to 0.01 micron and the compressed air after this treatment is ready for all processes. Filters with active carbon have ACF declarations and with them totally clean compressed air for all types of processes is produced.

The most important part of a pressure booster system is the flow pump. They are distinguished according to type and width of rotors, number of stages, housing and motor power.

The pressure switch is the only part that can be used for setting the working parameters of a pressure booster system. Its tasks are to activate the pump when the pressure drops under the preset level and deactivate the motor when the pressure reaches the upper limit. All settings are displayed on the pressure gauge and this is the best way to monitor the pump operation and pressure at any time. The pressure booster systems have a vast specter of applications. In connection with that, REM has developed an auger system that reduces clogging, maximize impeller speed and snow blowing velocity. The “Micro Scrub” system consists mainly of a technology applied on scrubber driers which, thanks to big savings in water supply, allows impressive recoveries in operational costs above all on labor and chemicals. Thanks to the “Micro Scrub” system (cleaning system with microfiber pad) save more than 80% of water compared to a traditional scrubber-drier, avoiding frequent waste of time in transfer, discharge and tank refilling.
