Eisenhütte Heintzmann”.
In Bochum, Germany, the company “Bochumer Eisenhütte
Heintzmann” is established.
A Londra si celebra la prima grande esposizione delle opere
dell’industria di tutte le nazioni. Per l’occasione viene costruito
il celebre Palazzo di Cristallo.
London celebrates the first big exhibition of industrial products, coming
from all nations. The famous Crystal Palace of London is built to
commemorate the event.
Negli Stati Uniti viene pubblicato per la prima volta The New York
Times; il giornale si propone come serio divulgatore di notizie,
indipendente rispetto a partiti e gruppi politici.
In U.S.A. the first copy of The New York Times is published;
the newspaper grants itself as a serious news publisher, independent
from political parties or ethnic groups. Superata la prima rivoluzione industriale, l’Europa è in gran fermento.
Le macchine e i processi di automazione sostituiscono l’uomo.
In questo contesto anche le città cominciano a prendere forma:
il processo di urbanizzazione e la conseguente necessità di
riscaldamento delle case sollecita l’industria carbonifera e le attività
mineraria a ritmi frenetici.

products quickly assert themselves on the international market.
Mr. Toussaint, su un’idea di Mr. Heintzmann sviluppa un profilo ad U per il
sostegno delle miniere per l’estrazione del carbone.
Together with Mr. Toussaint, Heintzmann introduces U-shaped sections to
hard coal mining and develops the flexible support system in accordance
with an idea from Mr. Heintzmann.

Nel corso della sua storia, la Bochumer Eisenhütte Heintzmann ha
vissuto momenti di splendore alternati a altri più difficili, figli della
recessione e delle due guerre mondiali. La proprietà più volte è
riuscita a stabilizzare commercialmente l’azienda rispetto al periodo.
L’azienda fonda le sue origini nel settore minerario, dotandolo di
sistemi di supporto ad albero per la realizzazione di gallerie.
Pietra miliare per lo sviluppo aziendale è stato negli anni ‘30 la
realizzazione del profilo TH.
La sicurezza e la qualità dei prodotti è sempre stata la priorità
aziendale. Sulla base della tradizione nel campo minerario,
nell’ultimo decennio è stato ampliato e migliorato il servizio offerto
sulla gamma dei prodotti.
Oltre al settore minerario le nostre attività principali riguardano la
costruzione di gallerie, installazione e la fornitura di prodotti per la
realizzazione di strade, sistemi di sicurezza e anti-intrusione.
A seguito di riorganizzazione aziendale nel 2005, tutte le società che
operano nel campo dell’acciaio per il comparto sistemi stradali e
sicurezza sono state accorpate sotto la Heintzmann Holding GmbH.
Il gruppo Heintzmann, con le sue società in Germania e all’estero
occupa oltre 550 dipendenti, in venti nazioni, in cinque continenti.
Throughout its chequered history, the Bochumer Eisenhütte
Heintzmann has experienced periods of prosperity–but also difficult
war times with global recessions had to be coped with.
The owners repeatedly succeeded in commercially stabilising the
company. The company had its origins in the equipping of underground
mines with shaft walling and support systems.
The development of the TH support system and in the 1930s was the
foundation stone for a positive global development.The safety and
quality of the products were always the highest priority.
Based on the mining tradition of long standing, the range of services
has been systematically developed and expanded during the past
decades. In addition to mining, our core business fields are nowadays
tunnel construction, machines and installation, road equipment
products and object protection safety.
As a result of restructuring in 2005, all of the operative companies with
the business divisions steel processing, road equipment and safety
systems were allocated to the Heintzmann Holding GmbH.
The Heintzmann group, with its subsidiaries in Germany and abroad,
has more than 550 employees, in twenty countries on five continents.
