Meet Our New Team Leaders

Lee Engler - Manor

Executive Director

Hello…my name is Lee Engler and I am the new Executive Director at The Heathers Manor. I am very happy to be here & have the opportunity to work with a great group of dedicated professionals & serve you, the Residents, and provide you with the best possible community that is your home.

I have been working with seniors for the past 6 years with Walker Methodist leading communities in Anoka and Minneapolis. Prior to that, over 28 years of my career was in the Hospitality Industry, primarily with hotels in operations and sales and marketing. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

We’re proud to be part of the non

-Profit Transforming Age Family!

My wife, Melissa, and I live in Eden Prairie with our 2 children, Henry (10) and Eleanor (8). When I’m not busy with them and being involved in their many activities, I love to cook, golf, enjoy watching sports, traveling and just hanging out with my family.

In conjunction with all of the Heathers Manor team, our mission is to serve you and your families. If you ever have questions, comments or just want to say “hello”, I am always available. Thank You, Lee
