holding cabinets. By working directly with operators we were able to design the

best selection of heated holding solutions for operators.

Series, Metro’s goal was to solve the real world problems faced by our customers.

Proofing Cabinets are designed to maintain food quality for extended

periods of time. By controlling both temperature and humidity, operators

system combines the standard heating module with the most unique

control. Quad-Heat™ corner chimneys utilize
