UnaFocus aims to help students find the healthiest versions of themselves. We believe health is holistic, being comprised of mental, physical, social, and nutritional elements.Through a game, incorporated into everyday life, Focus incorporates these elements into the lives of high school students. Our goal is to trigger healthy behaviors in a positive environment.

-For high school freshman and will take place through the whole year.

-Each day there is a different activity focus.

-The focuses include Zen, Exercise, Leadership, & Nutrition. -The students are divided into teams based upon their homerooms.

-By going to the various activities listed above, the students earn points for their team.- The homeroom teacher keeps tracks of points on the scoreboard.

-The final goal at the end of the year is to be the homeroom that has earned the most points.

Game Overview

WHO?- HealthCorps Coordinator is in charge.- Homerooms teachers help.- High School Freshmen play.

WHAT?- A game with four activity focuses that is based on already existing courses. Students are divided into teams based on homerooms. Theyearn points for their teams by participating in the focuses. The goal is to be the team with the most points at the end of the year. Parties take place to launch and end the game.

WHEN?- Full length of the school year

WHERE?- At school: homeroom, cafeteria, gymnasium
