How to Do It Yourself / Implementation Plans
Introduce yourself to the healthcare providers in your college district
Offer to perform a Leadership Skills Training Assessment for them
Give them a Feedback Presentation on the Assessment Results
Provide competency based training to increase the skills of incumbent managers
