Please allow this letter to introduce you to Blissful Elegance Events, an event coordination company whose dedicated to creating lasting & empowering experiences. On March 26, 2011, Blissful Elegance Events will host Health, Wealth & Self, a powerful, educational and interactive expo dedicated to promoting & entertaining women’s mental, physical & financial being.

Women’s Health, Wealth & Self (HWS) will be a landmark event during Women’s Month

that will have more than 1,000 attendees including various health & media personalities. The event will be held at The Invisible Dog, in Brooklyn, NY and will open to the public on March 26, 2011 from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm -with an admission price of $6.00. The event will include various vendors dedicated towards educating woman on image styling, financial wellness & healthy lifestyles. Interactive fitness & styling classes will also be held to engage all attendees.

This 2011 Women’s month event will be the 1st Annual expo by Blissful Elegance Events.

For this event we are seeking the sponsorship of your company, to engage and promote this event to women all over New York City.

Blissful Elegance Events has been dedicated to increasing self love, self acceptance and

self assurance within the plus size community since 2005. With Denise Best as Chief Operating Officer, Blissful Elegance Events has played an integral part in educating and entertaining the plus sized community. Denise Best has focused her energy on emphasizing the beauty and confidence of plus sized women all over New York City with the intentions of revolutionizing negative media images and placing positive reinforcements on a much publicly discussed topic: acceptance of plus sized women! With events like Diva for a Day and Victim to Victorious, she has focused on educating & inspiring plus sized women in the New York City region.

The target market for the event will be women living in New York City, ages 18 to 40. The

event will be advertised as a fun, educational & engaging event for all ages. HWS will also


donate $3 from each ticket to Divabetic- a non-profit organization whose mission is striving to encourage prevention, early action and above all, education about diabetes amongst women.

Women’s Health, Wealth & Self will be marketed as a premier interactive women’s month event that New York Women must attend. The event will be advertised through various media

outlets {i.e newspapers} and social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.

Prior to the event, a buzz will be built based on the above mentioned social networks. On Facebook links will be added once a week giving women advice on healthy lifestyles and advertising media personalities who will be attending in addition to lifestyle coaches. On

Twitter, using various Twitter-based marketing websites & tools, the event will be a trending topic & we look to gain 1,000+ followers. Divabetic will also announce the event on their

website & discuss it on their radio talk show!

On March 3, 2011 a Blissful Elegance Cocktail will be hosted to announce event to media. All sponsor will be invited to attend in addition to companies who will be vendors at the event

& invited media personalities.
