OUR MOST PRECIOUS VALUE: HSE

We are a huge family that protects all values of human and nature while building the world’s most precious ships with more than 3000 employees. We see all of our employees and stakeholders as an indispensable part of this large family. The main building block of being a big family; our respect for each other and our world.

It is our first duty to add value to the future by minimizing the negative effects of all our projects on human and nature during their production and usage periods.

Therefore, health, safety and environment (HSE) applications are our most precious values.

We are working for a green and safe future…

Abdurrahman HARMAN HSE Coordinator

As Tersan family, there are many dynamics why we made our road map through the motto of “ We traditionally build precious ships”.

It is not as simple as it sounds: ‘ It is very difficult to build a ship, make it worthy, keep this value as a tradition and improve it. First of all, in order to know the valuation of thousands of people’s labor we need to provide the permanence of it in a healthy and safety manner.

Occupational Health and Safety is the place where this tradition should be the most alive and dynamic.

With the each member of our department; we keep our OHS culture alive and improving for the permanency of our tradition always knowing the value of our business, our employees and our products.
