The ability to exercise your body for long periods of time.
Requires a strong heart, healthy lungs and clear blood vessels to supply the cells in your body with oxygen they need.

Muscular Endurance
•the ability to use your muscles without tiring.
People that have good muscular endurance are likely to have better posture and fewer back problems.
They are also better able to resist fatigue.

Muscular Strength
•the amount of force your muscles can produce.
Often measured by how much weight you can lift.
People with good strength can perform daily tasks efficiently– that is, with the least amount of effort.

Flexibility
You are flexible when your muscles are long enough and your joints are free enough to allow movement

Flexible people have fewer sore or injured muscles.

Body Composition
•The % of body weight that is made up of fat compared to other body tissue. (bones, muscles, organs, tissue)
People who are in a healthy range of body fatness are more likely to avoid illness and have lower death rates than people who are outside of the healthy range.
Extreme ranges are the most dangerous; too little fat, like too much, can cause health problems

Speed•The ability to perform a movement or cover a distance in a short period of time.
