Description: This recall involves all Auvi-Q (epinephrine injection, USP) in both the 0.15 milligram and 0.3milligram strengths. This includes lot numbers 2299596 through 3037230, which expire March 2016 throughDecember 2016. Auvi-Q is packaged with two active devices and one trainer device.

Sold at: Distributed throughout the U.S. via wholesalers, pharmacies and hospitals.

Remedy: Contact your health care provider for a prescription for an alternate epinephrine auto-injector. SanofiUS will reimburse out-of-pocket costs to those who buy new epinephrine auto-injectors with proof of purchase.

Acetaminophen tablets

Hazard: The acetaminophen 500 milligram (mg) tablets are mislabeled as "Acetaminophen 325 mg." Taking thetablets at the maximum labeled dose or with other medications containing acetaminophen can lead to livertoxicity or failure.

Description: Recalled are lot #45810 of acetaminophen uncoated, compressed tablets, an over-the-counteroral medication. The item is packaged as 100 tablets per bottle, Medline item No.: OTC20101, NDC#: 53329-641-30, with expiration date May 2018.

Sold at: Various retailers from June 12 through Sept. 18.

Dietary supplements

Hazard: These products contain high levels of lead and/or mercury, which can cause serious health problems.

Description: This recall involves 11 Baidyanath brand ayurvedic (dietary) supplements imported by ButalaEmporium. The 80-count capsules are packed in white plastic bottles with green, yellow or orange labelingunder the brand name "Baidyanath." The supplements are made by Shree Baidyanath Ayurved Bhawan Ltd., 1Gupta Lane, Kolkata, India.

Description: The Turtle Beach 2015 Ear Force XO FOUR Stealth gaming headsets are multi-use but marketedfor Xbox One gaming systems. The headsets are black with green trim and have soft ear-cups, an audiocontroller and a removable microphone. Recalled units have a 13-character alphanumeric serial number thatincludes C16 through C25 and do not have a green dot under the windscreen of the microphone.

These A-frame black wood high chairs have a removable black and white print seat pad with a blue or pink border. Hazard: Trailers with black plastic tow bar receivers can separate from the tow bar when they appear to beconnected.

Description: This recall involves seven models of Burley Design child bicycle trailers. The trailers allow cycliststo tow children behind their bicycles. The trailers are connected to the bicycle by a tow bar. Trailers with thefollowing names and serial numbers are recalled: Cub (K943); Rental Cub (K943); D'Lite and D'Lite ST (D948,K948); Encore (K942); and Solo and Solo ST (D939, K939, KK939).

Hazard: The toy's hubcaps can detach from the wheel's axle, and children can choke on them.

Description: Peanuts Flying Ace ride-on toys modeled after older style airplanes are intended for children ages12 months to 2 years. Kiteboard control systems

Hazard: The chicken loop release system, which is used to depower the kite, can stick and fail to open, posing arisk of injury to the kiteboarder.

Description: Liquid Force Response kiteboard control systems from model year 2015 are comprised of a light-weight control bar to control and depower the kite, a set of flying lines and a harness loop (chicken loop)/quickrelease mechanism. Recalled units have an orange release hood, and the words "RESPONSE RELEASESYSTEM" are printed on the black loop. The release hood on replacement systems is orange and black oryellow and black.

Description: This recall involves girls' hoodies in sizes 2T-6X. The garment comes in blush/pink and has a lacedecoration strip around the hood opening and a white drawstring inside the hood lining around the face. There isa zipper on the front with a pocket on each side. The name Just Fab Girls is sewn into the label of the neck.

Hazard: The left end of the bicycle crankset spindle can break, posing a fall hazard.

Description: The recall involves WeThePeople BMX bicycles and aftermarket ECLAT Aeon BMX cranksets.The Envy BMX bicycles have a 20.6- or 21-inch frame painted dark gold. The bicycle bottom bracket has an"ENVY20.6" or "ENVY21" stamp. The ECLAT Aeon BMX cranksets are the gears at the front of the bicyclechain with pedals attached to the outer ends. The cranksets have a steel, two-piece construction. Printed on theleft side of the spindle is "ESS Eclat 22mm" and next to the pedal, on the crank arm is "Aeon." Printed on theinside of the crank arm is "Eclat Germany" followed by the crank arm length "170 mm" or "175 mm."
