emotions/desires/pleasure move “oceans” of energy

• Where one becomes two; unity meets duality

• Change, understanding difference

• Beliefs such as…o “I’m not creative.”o “I’m not a good parent, partner or friend.”o “I’m sexually inadequate.”o “I’m not good at taking care of relationships let along

nurturing them.”o “I hate change.”

• Imbalance of sexual desire distraction• Lack of tolerance for differences• Inability to identify and honor true emotions

and feelings• Fear of change



If you’re holding even a smidgeon of these beliefs…

They affect EVERY decision you make

either consciously or sub-consciously.


And because these are ALL ego-based beliefs,

their voice will get louder the closer you get to…


So YOU have to decide if you are going to listen to the guidance of…


OR…

It’s ALWAYS going to be one or the other.

It CAN’T be both!

How does this affect my ability to live a life I love and do the work I’m destined to do?

• What keeps me from creating what I’m passionate about?

• Why am I afraid of change?• Am I being honest with myself and others about

how I feel? If not, why?• What am I passionate about that’s not happening

yet?

***Keep asking these questions until the answer doesn’t change and you feel you’ve arrived at the root cause.


It all boils down to…

“What kind of future are you creating?”

How positive and aligned with the higher good is your answer

General Guidelines• Wear orange; bring orange into your home• Eat orange foods and those associated with creation – e.g.

fruits/veggies with seeds• Water = cleanse/renewal

o Take salt bathso Find a body of water and connect with ito Drink plenty water and bless each glass thanking it for aiding your healing process

and experience of good health• Walk in nature; spend time outdoors; bring awareness to the creation

that’s all around you. Be aware of what it can teach you• Spend time each day visualizing your sacral chakra energy cleansing &

purifying with each breath• Meditate and see your seeds of creation watered, nurtured

and tended with great care• Observe the relationships in your life and how they affect

your ability to feel connected to your life mission. Commit to working on aligning these with the highest good.

o Write a letter to your angels - “Dear angels, What do I need to learn about my sacral chakra today?” Then allow their response.

o Ponder what’s blocking you from creating what you’re destined to create

o Dialogue with your angels about the relationships in your life. Ask Archangel Raguel to help you understand their impact and how you can resolve any influence of disharmony.

o How do you feel about change? What about it scares you? More importantly, what about it excites you?

o Dialogue via writing with your sacral chakra! What does ithave to say to you?

• Notice how your lower body feels and stretch when it feels tight or inflexible

• Get “fluid” with body movement through dance, yoga, skipping, etc… Be creative!

• Give the parts of your body that aren’t feeling up to snuff, some extra attention – rub them, touch them, give them loving energy

• Be aware of the position of your pelvis when sitting, standing or lying down. Envision the energy flowing gracefully through and around it

• Pay attention to your sexual desires…are they in balance? If not, ask your angels to help you restore harmony (yes, they can help with this!)

** It’s essential to *match* the language of your inner scripts. Get as colorful with your EFT setups as you need to!
