The uni-xu® 2000 range of pallet conveyor is a rugged,easy to install, simple and safe to operate conveyor systemdesigned for moving larger loads. 1000mm x 1200mmpallet loads can be safely accumulated.

A range of ancillary equipment is available, includingTransfer Units and Turntables which can transform themodules into a completely integrated system.

The Modular design of Uni-Xu®’s Lineshaft Driven RollerConveyor range enables purpose designed layouts and systemsto be arranged with standard modules. The wide range of units available allows the most complex systems to be easilyassembled.

ACCUMULATION

Products can queue without heavy build up of pressure, ie. atwork stations or where traffic control is required.

A patented zero line pressure system is also available.

Individually powered rollers are driven by the lineshaft via elastomeric belts, allowing a single motor to power large sections of an overall system

As fewer drive motors are required, installation, maintenanceand power consumption is reduced
