HD

● The HD600 has axis travels of 600mm in X, 400mm in Y and 400mm in Z. Featuring a cast iron frame and granite worktable for thermal stability, the maximum workpiece capacity is 600kg. It is also equipped with a fully independent moveable table.

■The launch of the new HD series of Hole Drilling EDM machines complements the EXCETEK range of EDM machines.

■Using our extensive experience in Electrical Discharge Machines the HD range is specifically designed for fast accurate, small and deep hole drilling in all types of hard materials.

■The HD series Hole Drilling EDM machine is compact and simple to use, which offers outstanding value with excellent performance.

● The windows-based operating system controls the machining process parameters monitoring key functions that include automatic compensation for electrode wear, dielectric performance, auto drill depth functionality and interactive programming functions.

● The control panel monitors the performance of the Hole Drilling through any conductive material, including tungsten carbide, hardened steel, copper and brass.

● The HD series comes with the latest digital power supplies controlled in nano-second pulses allowing the machining of all aerospace-related metallic materials, such as tungsten-carbide, titanium, Inconel, steel, aluminum, copper and graphite.

● Granite Flat Table

● The high-speed Hole Drilling EDM HD600 comprises a rotary control spindle with X, Y and Z axis that are controlled by CNC/AC servo motors.

● HD600 comes with an optional 16-station automatic electrode changer.

● The HD600 has the capacity to machine to a depth of up to 400mm using an electrode diameter of 0.15 to 3mm.

● During a drilling, In order to enhance the quality of discharging, there is a guider to stabilise the rotation of electrode pipe.

HD30Z HD35C

HD30Z Hole Drilling EDM machine is a conventional manual type machine. It is easy to operate and is suitable across all industries where the machining of small holes in titanium, Inconel, steel, aluminium or copper is required.
