    SUMMER 2012 ISSUE #7

    Dear Prayer Partners,

This summer has been jam packed with community

outreach and we are excited to tell you all about it!

Katelyn and Tammy flew back from PA on June 2.

They had been away from home for more than 4

months. The doctors agreed that it was time for

them to join the family again. Katelyn is still on the

liver cell transplant list. When the right liver is found

shell have 6-8 hours to get back to Pittsburgh. We

are so thankful that they have been able to join in

the ministry over the past few months.

Our summer started with a mission team from

Conroe, TX. They helped us with a block party at the

park and a soccer camp at the Olathe Elementary

School. We had 50 kids attend the soccer camp and

had some great youth and family nights.

The following week we had a group from Llano, TX

come to help us MPACT the area through workprojects. We painted homes, cleaned up yards and

completed several projects for the city. It was a great

week of meeting needs in the community.

A group of Keenagers from Anadarko, OK came to

work on upgrades and maintenance to our building.

They were a real blessing to us and got a lot

    accomplished.

A group from Seiling, OK came to minister with us

at the Haven House Transitional Living Home. We

were able to build relationships with families and do

room makeovers to improve living conditions.

A group from Pleasanton, TX came to help us with

VBS. We had 25 kids attend to learn more about

Jesus and the excitement was amazing! Eight people
