Leave Management

• Company wise Leave Policy : User define leave grade-wise paid / unpaid. • Leave Application : Employee can apply for leave online & HR/Authorized user will get alert

notification for same. • Employee Leave Approval : It can be approved by the Supervisor/admin/hr manager – on the

basis of leave balance of employee and availability of alternate employee • Employee Leave Carry Forward : Leave carry forward process done automatically as defined

period in leave master. • Leave Cancellation : Despite leave approval if an employee remain present the admin/superior can

cancel the leave. • Leave Encashment : Employee can put request of leave Encashment after define period of that

leave and admin get alert for that and also save all records.

This module keeps the records of transferring or interchanging of bus routes, list of students using conveyance, list of students travelling in a specific route name-wise or class wise, transportation fee calculation-bus wise/route wise/class wise/individually/ collectively. Also, maintain parking permit numbers for staff and students. Hostel Management

• This module is hostel management software to efficiently manage the entire residential facility in the institute. Reducing the staff & paper works, this hostel module keeps the all updated records of students, their meal, lodging and other facilities. The hostel segment provides online status of room availability and allocations. Students get information on rent structures, health, and personal care. Reports on attendance/leave, disciplinary action, hostel fee receipts etc can be generated and e-alerts sent to parents/guardians

• In this module we can generate report dynamically with out changing any code or stopping the server. Data points from the DB can be quickly put together via drag & drop using the GUI interface for a report view and the view can be stored for future requirement.

• This module contains charts and reports for all modules along with a trend analysis if required.
