CUSTOM ARRANGEMENT ORDERREQUIREMENTS & DELIVERY FEES

Minimum orders are as follows:

• 20 arrangements at $25.00 each• 10 arrangements at $50.00 each• 5 arrangements at $100.00 each

Or a combination of the above with a minimum of $500.00

These delivery fees apply to time-sensitive deliveries to your customer’s venue:

• 1-10 individual custom arrangements at $50.00 per stop• 11-30 individual custom arrangements at $75.00 per stop• 31+ individual custom arrangements at $100.00 per stop

Due to the nature and/or size of your design, additional packing fees may apply.

We are unable to accommodate custom arrangement orders during the two weeks prior to major floral holidays. This includes: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

• Provide a FULL delivery address with the event name and a two-hour delivery window, which must be determined one week prior to delivery.

• The delivery window MUST fall during Koehler & Dramm’s regular delivery hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-5:00pm; Friday 7am-4:30pm; Saturday & Sunday 7am-12:00pm

• Customer is required to be present to receive shipment at delivery location. A cell phone number must be provided to ensure proper communication with the Koehler & Dramm driver.

• Any out-of-pocket fees incurred by the driver as a result of the delivery (i.e. parking fees) will be billed to the customer.

• The total order must be confirmed a minimum of ten days prior to the delivery.• All hanging or towering elements (e.g. amaranths or curly willow) must be purchased separately from the

customer’s sales rep and installed on-site by the customer.• Koehler & Dramm drivers are delivery drivers ONLY. They are not an extension of staff to use for help with

installations or setup. The delivery driver only assumes responsibility for the delivery of custom arrangements and/or merchandise to the first unloading area (e.g. dock or lobby) of the delivery location. The driver must be met at this location by a member of the staff for receiving and sign-off purposes.

FRESHNESS FROM FARM TO TABLEPracticing and enforcing the sustainability initiatives outlined on page two help us

maintain and deliver the freshest flowers to your store, but our commitment to quality doesn’t stop there. We know the product is in good hands with you, but what happens when it leaves your shop? Many consumers don’t know how to properly care for fresh

flowers in their homes, but with a little know-how, you can help them get the most out of their flowers, which will keep them coming back to you for more time and time again!

What you can do in the store:

Open and unpack bouquets and arrangements as soon as they arrive at your facility.

Check water levels and fill bouquet and arrangement containers with water if needed.

Tips for the consumer at home:

Immediately place the product in a cooler or a cool, dry location for purchase display.

Change water in buckets and vases every 2-3 days for optimal freshness.

Give vased flowers a fresh cut before changing the water to ensure they are drinking.

Make sure you have sufficient air circulation in the display area to prevent accumulation of moisture.

Begin with a clean vase. If possible, use hard water (the salt in softened water can decrease life.)

Always add flower food to the water according to the instructions to hydrate and nourish!

Remove all foliage from below the water line to maintain clean water and prevent decay.

Give flowers a fresh cut before placing them in water solution to ensure maximum hydration.

Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or a warm location. They will last longer when kept cool!

Replenish and refresh water/flower food as needed to compensate for evaporation and water uptake.

Don’t leave flowers out of water for extended periods of time. Get them into water as soon as possible.

Mix water and flower food according to instructions - improper mixtures can do more harm than good!
