First Aid/CPR/AED Class No Cost to Military Members, Past or Present* HBI (Home Builders Institute): Will host a one-day First Aid/CPR/AED Class, Thursday, May 28th from 10:00 am- 5:00 pm. Location: The Moon Building, located at the back of the American Legion Post 137 parking lot. The address is 5443 San Juan Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32210 Seating: Limited to 15 Students, so lock in your seat early! Enrollment ends on May 27, 2015. More Information or to Secure your Seat: Call LaTanya at (904) 625-3299 or Clarence at (904) 570-1222. *Eligibility: Florida Veterans and Active Duty Military Personnel separating from a Florida military base/within 180 days of separation/involved in a TAPS program may receive the training at NO COST. A current OSHA 10 card is a valuable asset in any industry. Safety training enhances your professional marketability and provides’ a broader spectrum of personal awareness in regards to maintaining safety rather on the job or at home. • Veterans and Reservist Military Personnel: Must provide their DD214, proof of Florida residency, and right to work in the United States. • Separating Active Duty Military Personnel: Must provide a completed DD2648 TAP Completion Checklist or DD2958 Individual Transition Plan signed by the service member and the Transition Counselor.
