Oftentimes, finding great talent can be difficult, especially when facing with role complexities, timelines and a limited talent pool which many organizations face in today’s job market. Since ABS provides managed services to HBA, ABS’ staffing and engineering teams have a unique and detailed perspective of HBA’s tech-nological landscape.

Before long, our staffing team was able to effectively source a variety of candidates for the Director of IT role. Our engineering team then vetted candidates further to ensure their technical skills aligned with HBA’s technical environment. Soon, this process resulted in finding the perfect candidate for HBA. Since ABS offers flexible staffing services such as Contract to Hire, HBA was able to welcome the candidate onboard on a contractual basis to work alongside the existing Director of IT giving him time to learn the ropes and become entrenched in upcoming projects.
