STEP-BY-STEP ASSEMBLY:

STEP 1: Place the parts on a non-abrasive surface.

a. Attach the wheel axle (C) to the two axle inserts (O).

b. Insert the wheel axle between the two armrests (A). Fasten the two wheels (D) to the

wheel axle using two bolts (L) and metal washers (J). See illustration. Tighten the bolts

using the Allen wrench (G).

c. Attach the four tube inserts (N) to the ends of the crossbars (B).

d. Insert the crossbars between the two armrests (A) and secure using four bolts M6x40 (H)

and metal washers (M). Tighten the bolts using the Allen wrench (G). Cover the bolts with

the plastic bolt covers (K).

STEP 2:

Attach the chair leg (F) to the chair frame (E) using four bolts M6x20 (I). Cover all bolts with

the plastic bolt covers (K).

STEP 3:Secure the chair frame to the armrests using four bolts M6x40 (H) and metal

washers (M).

Tighten the bolts using the Allen wrench (G). Cover the bolts with the plastic bolt covers (K).

STEP 4: Completed assembly.
