WE’RE HERE FOR YOU!Breastfeeding is a learned skill so it can often take extra support and plenty of

practice for mother and baby to breastfeed easily. We’re here to provide the support

you need.

Thousands of mothers call us every year, so we understand breastfeeding doesn’t always go to plan. Even when it’s going well, it’s great to meet and share time

with other breastfeeding mothers.

The Australian Breastfeeding Association is Australia’s leading source of breastfeeding help and information. We

have 50 years experience helping mothers like you learn to breastfeed.

If you need breastfeeding support, you can call a local breastfeeding counsellor at

home or call the 24 hour breastfeeding helpline on

1800 mum 2 mum (1800 686 268). If you prefer the convenience of email,

counselling is also available formembers at www.breastfeeding.asn.au.

The Online Breastfeeding Cafe website (www.onlinebreastfeedingcafe.com.

au) includes a Dad Zone, expert articles, videos, social media feeds, and a

discussion and comments section for articles - all in a fully mobile responsive

website.
