Install the servo as the illustration below
Install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage.
Apply instant CA glue to aileron and pin hinge.
Keep some space about 1mm width between aileron and trailing edge.
Assemble the aileron to main wing with instant type CA glue. Be carefulto ensure the moving parts of the hinges are able to move freely.

Secure the servo.Install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage.

Secure the servo with servo tray.
According to the rib template drill holes to the wing root and epoxy wood dowel in them.

Drill 6.2mm holes at the placeof main wing.
Install the wing to the fuselagewith 6x50mm screws as shown in the diagrams below.

Assemble the wings.
Keep some space about 1mm width between trailing edge and flap.
According to the rib template drill holes to the relevant position in the mid wing.
Epoxy the main wing to the mid wing through the main wing joiner and wood dowel.
Connect the flap by a bended metal wire.
Epoxy the pin hinges to the flaps tightly.12

The sketch maps when the retract up and down.Cut away the shaded portion for assembling the gear house.
Epoxy the gear house to the relevant position.
Assemble the retracts to the appropriate position in the gear house.
Trim a hole in the appropriate position in the mid wing and drag the servo wires out.
Cut the covering off from the shaded portion carefully and glue the PVC part to it.

Glue the elevator to the stabilizer by CA and epoxy.
Drill holes to appropriate position in the stabilizer and epoxy it to the fuselage as below.

Drill two holes at the stabilizer root base on rib templateand epexy the wood dowel in them.
