Developed to meet the needs of awide variety of applications, thispattern of BUTTERFLY valve combinesthe most modern materials withadvanced design and manufacturingprocesses.

Ideally suited to HVAC duties, theEPDM seat and Aluminium Bronze diskis the preferred combination forchilled water, condensate, LTHW andMTHW duties.

Valves with Nitrile liners are WRcapproved and UKWFBS listed.

The Long Neck feature of the figure950 and 970 facilitates insulation bylagging or valve boxes.

Lever and Gearbox options for allvalves available.

Aluminium, bronze or stainless steeldisks available.

The Hattersley 950Series features:

■ Kitemarked to BS5155.■ Face to face to BS5155 Short.■ Rubber liner bonded to the body

by the transfer moulding process.■ Two high strength, low friction

bearings for upper and lowershafts, restrain shaft deflection,ensuring effective stem sealing.

■ Long neck for insulation, inaccordance with Section 10 of theDepartment of the EnvironmentStandard Specification (M & E) No.3.

■ Semi-lugged for equipment isolationand end of line services (10 bar).

■ No maintenance.■ Streamlined disk.■ Mounting flange to ISO 5211/1■ Good control characteristics.■ Available up to DN300.■ Suitable for vacuum service

The Hattersley 970 Seriesfeatures:

Specification as 950 Series exceptvalve body fully lugged and suitable forend of line duty up to 10 bar.■ Sizes DN50 to DN600.
