Modus Operandi
The activity period was from 10th Feb 2011 to 25th May 2011.
60 no. of coupons & 6 No. of master coupons have already been printed in newspaper (6th Master coupon
to be printed on 14th May’11).
Reader were required to collect Min. 40 Coupons + 5 Master coupons and paste it on the Master Format
out of the total of 60 Coupons & 6 Master coupons to be printed.
Master formats were deposited to Hawkers / Agents & identified drop points - Master format deposit run
for 10-15 days.
All the Units were advised to ensure the Pullout wise data entry of the formats received for the fair
random draw through computer random generation software. Therefore, it was imperative to have all
the coupon entries to be entered through data entry
The right answers received got the fair chance of winning the prizes as per the attached prize matrix,
through lucky draw for the coupons and through random winner selection online – by the end of the
activity.
Winners acknowledged their Bumper prizes on 14th July 2011 & remaining Prizes will be distributed by
15th August 2011, and the editorial feature of winners to be carried on regular basis, edition and pull out
wise.
Winners have to produce the proper & valid identification proof for claiming the prizes. The process
will completely be backed by Regular audits.
Bumper prize Winners has been announced at Panipat.
All correct entries of any week were eligible for Bumper prize of 2 alto cars/ Motorcycle/ LCD TV/
Fridge/ Washing Machine, etc.
The bumper prize draw has been conducted at Panipat office by local celebrity.
Bumper prize ceremony has been conducted at Panipat with a celebrity figure and top politicians and
bureaucrats of the State.
The Local Pull out level prize distribution to be ensured for volume prizes with the help of local
opinion makers, or in their presence.
