Our events team are passionate about creating beautiful events with professional and tailored event planning. We take great care and look after all your details from your initial enquiry and ideas, menu and beverages, styling and coordination. Harvest can cater for any event from 2 guests to 230 guests.

Whether you choose to have your wedding at Harvest, corporate event, beautiful sperry tent with a whole beast slow cooked over our fire pit, a private ceremony in our garden, pre wedding dinner or birthday celebration in our bakery or an intimate elopement for two in our private dining room. Harvest has many spaces to create a unique and special event just for you.

Harvest also offers our renowned Harvest on Location, off-site catering. Bringing high end service, our passion for food, Harvest mobile bar and beverage packages to any location you desire.

The banquet is a wonderful, interactive Harvest experience, bringing paddock to plate and our chef’s story behind the unique menu and local produce.

Harvest on location is about bringing Harvest to you at your chosen location. We provide exceptional wedding and event catering and service for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Please ask us for our Harvest on Location packages and images.

Harvest on Location – bar

Our Harvest styled mobile bar is everything you want in a bar from being visually cool, with energetic, fun professional service, perfectly balanced inspired cocktails and mocktails, and sommelier selected wines for weddings, parties and corporate events.

Our bar service includes our Harvest mobile bar, bar staff, set up, pack down and beverage package. Our bar can be styled to your specification.

Please ask us for our Harvest on Location beverage packages, bar styling packages and images.

Harvest on Location – ceremonies

Pair our Harvest styled mobile bar with the Harvest deli lavish and abundant antipasto table for after your wedding ceremony or for your event, at any location.

Our team will create a cool vibe and professional bar service to accompany fine meats, cheeses, dips, pickled vegetables, smoked trout rillette, byron creek chicken pate, olives, Harvest sourdough and crackers.

Our service provides our Harvest mobile bar, your selected beverage package, antipasto table, Harvest service staff, set up and pack down and we can assist you with any additional hire that may be required.

Please ask us for our Harvest on Location bar and antipasto package.

P L A N N I N G & S T Y L I N G

Our events team will provide you with professional planning and assistance for your event at Harvest or at your off-site venue from your initial enquiry and vision, to creating tailored menus and beverages, discussing your styling details, floor plan, table plan, staffing, local suppliers and on the day coordination.

Our team can assist you with your styling ideas and venue layout. You will need to supply your own styling items, specific decor, place names, table plan, flowers and vases at your own cost. We can place your styling items and flowers on the day for simple set ups. For more elaborate set ups and floral installations you will need to hire a stylist and / or a florist.

For simple styling please deliver your items to our coordinator the day prior to your event in labeled plastic boxes with your name, event date and clear instruction. Place names to be in individual bags with table numbers.

If you are hiring a stylist, hire company, additional lighting or florist they can deliver styling items, furniture, install lighting and deliver flowers up to 2 hours prior to the your event and set up at the same time our Harvest team are setting up for your event. Please ask our coordinator for timings.

Strictly no glitter or confetti allowed in any of our venues. Sparklers may be used, however at your own risk.

All candles must be in enclosed candleholders or vases for safety.

No naked flames and please notify us if you wish to apply anything to walls or hang items.

Please ask our events team about our Harvest in-house stylist and event styling packages.

Harvest Styling and Hire Items

All hire companies; stylists and florists must dismantle and collect items at the end of the event at 11.30pm. It is up to you as the client to ensure your suppliers understand the delivery & pick up times.

Clients may collect their own styling items the day after the event, however Harvest holds no responsibility for any items left behind after an event.

Harvest holds no responsibility for any lost or damaged items supplied by yourself or suppliers.

T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S

Linen

$3 pp linen surcharge will apply to all seated events.

Harvest printed menu

$1.50 pp surcharge will apply.

Cakeage

$5 pp served as dessert or $3pp served as dessert canapé.

Gratuity service charge

Gratuity is included in your final confirmation and equally shared between the kitchen, floor and bar staff that helped create your event. However this is left to your discretion.

Sunday and public holiday surcharge

10% surcharge will be applied to your final confirmation.

GST

All prices exclude GST, 10% GST will be added to your final confirmation.

Confirmation & deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $900 (weddings & corporate) is required within 14 days of making the reservation to secure the date of your event.

A non-refundable deposit of $700 (private events) is required within 14 days of making the reservation to secure the date of your event.

Deposits can be made to Harvest via bank transfer or credit card.The requested date is not confirmed until receipt of your deposit.

Credit card details are required upon confirmation.

Payment

The final balance is to be paid in full 14 days prior to theevent. Outstanding costs incurred during the event can befinalised on departure with supplied credit card details, held byour manager. Payment confirmation will be emailed on receipt of deposit and final payment.

Should payment not be received prior the event Harvest reservesthe right to cancel your event unless specific arrangements havebeen made otherwise, please contact our events team to make necessary arrangements.

Owners and management have the right to debit your creditcard for any damages incurred during your event. Should youhave excessive glassware or table ware breakages, damages tobuilding and furniture or noise issues you may be liable for these damages.

Bank transfer payments

Our events team will email Harvest bank account details to make your deposit. Final payment details are outlined on your event confirmation.

Credit card payments

Credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge.

Bank cheques

Bank cheques are made payable to ‘Bengal BusinessPty Ltd’ and can only be accepted 14 days prior to your event.

Confirmation of guests

Guest numbers are to be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event to ensure all preparation and staffing requirements are met.

Once final numbers have been confirmed, payment will be charged. Should your number of guests be less than confirmed, Harvest will not refund any moneys. Should you have extra guests, payment by credit card will apply.

Cancellation policy

The deposit is non-refundable. Final confirmation payment 14 days prior to the event is non-refundable. Failure to finalise payment within 2 days prior to your event will incur immediate cancelation of the event.

Harvest reserves the right to cancel any booking and refund the deposit in the event of unforeseen circumstances out of our control.

Bar tabs

Bar tabs incur a $30 pp minimum spend which will be included in the final confirmation.

Outstanding bar tab balance will be charged on the day via your supplied credit card.

BYO alcohol

BYO alcohol and beverages are strictly not permitted.

Responsible service of alcohol

Within the regulation of responsible service of alcohol, Harvestemployees have the right to refuse service of alcohol to anyguest we believe to be intoxicated in any form and to personsunder the age of 18 years or without proof of identification.

The patron will also be refused alcohol should the patrons’ language be inappropriate to our staff or other guests.

Please note that in accordance to our liquor license there can be no service of double shot spirits, no shooters or shot glass spirits served at anytime. This may differ in other states of Australia but please be aware of our NSW regulated laws and respect our staff for not being able to serve you with these options.

Water will be available to all guests.

BYO food policy

BYO food is not permitted due to health and safety regulations.

With events that wish to BYO cake, full responsibility must be accepted by the client for any food allergies or food poisoning.

Any remaining cake is to be taken at the end of the event by the client, unless prior notice has been given to staff at the time of the event for collection the next day.

Harvest holds no responsibility for any cake left behind.

Harvest food must not be taken off the premises due to health and safety regulations.

Music and entertainment

Harvest has ample space for live musicians and D.J’s.

No drums are permitted as we are situated within a residential area.

All music must be kept to a reasonable level, we suggest you notify your band or DJ of the space available within the venue for their set up and noise level guidelines prior to them arriving at Harvest. Musicians and DJ’s must supply all equipment, PA system and speakers. Should the music not fall within our guidelines, you may be declined your music for your event.

Harvest holds no responsibility for any music or DJ equipment left behind.

Curfew

A curfew of 10.30pm must be adhered to for all amplified music and D.J’s. Background music may be played at a low level until 11pm.

All guests must depart Harvest at 11pm.

Celebrants

Celebrants must supply all equipment, PA system and speakers for ceremonies. Harvest holds no responsibility for equipment left behind.

iPOD dock and cordless microphone

Harvest bakery and restaurant do have an IPOD dock / audio cord for guests to use for background music only. You will need to contact an audio / sound company to provide and install additional PA system and speakers for dancing.

Our bakery and restaurant have a cordless microphone for speeches or presentations.

Smoking

No smoking is allowed within the Harvest restaurant, bakery, private dining room and sperry tent, however smoking areas will be allocated on request.
