OUR STORYHartford Prints! is an urban goods brand that is all about handmade and homegrown love. Addy (Older Sister), Callie (Middle Sister), and Rory (Younger Sister) joined forces in 2012 to create letterpress stationery that is modern and fun. Embracing the idea that a company can both make and do good things, we opened our flagship store in downtown Hartford in 2013 and the Hartford Prints! brand was born. Retail with real purpose, Hartford Prints! offers letterpress stationery, urban streetwear, and locally-sourced goods. We continue to be an active retail space, using the power of our press to create positive vibes about our local community. Shop online or in-store.

OUR PROCESSHartford Prints!’s designs are always a collaboration over many iced coffees and multiple inspi-ration boards. We use the humor that our mom gave us and our dad’s attention to detail to bring our stationery and designs to life, blending illustration, bold color, and modern graphics. We print everything by hand in our studio on our trusty Vandercook 4T and spend countless hours making buttons, lining envelopes, and telling stories. We love seeing our work in action and hope it inspires people to get a pen, lick an envelope, and know their local mailbox!

There is a minimum initial order of $100, all reorders are a minimum of $50. Quantity re-quirements are 6 for single cards and 3 for boxed sets. Orders will ship within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt of payment.

Please specify if you would like an expedited delivery date.

LETTERPRESSPlease understand that letterpress printing is a labor of love and a handcrafted process, resulting in natural variation. All designs are hand printed on our Vandercook 4T press on Crane’s Lettra 100% cotton paper. Hartford Prints! recycles and reuses paper scraps and packaging materials.

PAYMENTPayments can be made via Paypal, check, or credit card. Hartford Prints! accepts all major credit cards. All payments must be processed and all checks cleared prior to shipping.

SHIPPINGThe buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All orders will ship FedEx Ground or USPS and rates will be determined based on weight of package. Shipping notifications and tracking num-bers will be sent via email. All international orders will be priced on a case-by-case basis.

PACKAGINGAll products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be separat-ed and sold as individual items. Products are packaged in clear plastic sleeves, kraft boxes, and/or clear plastic boxes. All items are labeled and packaged to clearly identify the product.

RETURNSThe quirks of letterpress printing include slight variations in registration, impression, and ink cover-age, due to the handmade nature of the process. Hartford Prints! recognizes, however, that defec-tive merchandise sometimes slips through the cracks.

Claims must be made within 10 business days of receipt and must be returned in original pack-aging. Please provide a tracking number associated with the return and the original packing slip with returned items highlighted. Upon receipt, items will be inspected and a refund will be issued. Please report any shipping damage to Hartford Prints! within 5 days.
