EXT. SKY - NIGHT

We fade in on a cloudy sky. Thunder rumbles as the WBlogo comes closer towards us. It then begins to slowly burn and the embers rise. It then cataches on fire completely it passes us and we come down to...

EXT. GODRICS HOLLOW - STREET - NIGHT

A hooded man, VOLDEMORT, walks down the street. His hood covering his entire face

TITLESixteen Years Ago...

Voldemort continues down the street as kids run and play having fun on all hallows eve. A kids approaches him.

KID 1Nice costume mister!

Voldemort’s face is reveled, his face flat and his eyes as snakes. The kid sees and then runs away from him screaming. Voldemort gives a sly smile. He continues forward.

EXT. GODRICS HOLLOW - POTTER HOUSE - NIGHT

Voldemort comes to a fence and sees within a window a young man and woman, JAMES and LILY Potter. James picks up a young baby boy HARRY.

Voldemort cringes at the sight. The pain of it reminding him of the childhood he never had. He then opens the gate. Lily brings her young boy up the stairs.

INT. POTTER HOUSE - FRONT HALL - NIGHT

The front door blasts open to reveal Voldemort standing before it. James runs in.

JAMES(Yelling)

It’s him! Lily! Take Harry and run! I’ll hold him off!

Voldemort laughs as Lily continues up the stairs. James pulls out his wand.

(CONTINUED)

Voldemort with a flick of his, James’s wand flies out of his hand. Voldemort pulls his hood off.

VOLDEMORTAVADA KEDAVRA!

The green jet shoots out of the end of Voldemort’s wand and hits James. He falls dead on the floor his glasses cracked. Voldemort looks up the stairs.

INT. POTTER HOUSE - HARRY’S ROOM - NIGHT

Lily shuts the door. She looks over to Harry in his crib. She walks over to him and knells before him. Her hands shaking and eyes watering.

LILYHarry be safe...be strong...For me...

As she finishes this, the door to the room blasts open. Lily falls against the crib. She then looks towards the door to see the Dark Lord. Lily stands up and throws her arms covering the crib. She begins to cry.

LILY (CONT’D)Please...not Harry...not Harry.

Voldemort gets closer his wand aimed at her.

VOLDEMORTStand aside you silly girl!

Lily does not stand down.

LILYPlease....not Him...Take me insted...just please spare Harry.

VOLDEMORTThis is my last warning-

LILY(Screaming/Sobbing)

PLEASE! Not Harry! Have mercy please! Have Mercy!....I’ll do anything!

VOLDEMORTSTAND ASIDE!

Lily does not stand down. She stays strong willing to die to protect her son. Voldemort looks at her as she cries.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)AVADA KEDAVRA!

The green light flashes and Lily Potter falls dead on the ground in front of the crib. Voldemort kicks her aside and stands infront of the baby boy. Harry looks up. Voldemort lowers his wand to him.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)Goodbye...Harry Potter.

The green light flashes but the curse flies back and hits Voldemort. All of a sudden the lights flicker and begin to shatter.

EXT. GODRICS HOLLOW - POTTER HOUSE - NIGHT

The roof explodes a black smoke flies out of it and goes into the night sky. Embers rise from the roof as lightning clashes behind it smoke rises...we follow the embers up into the sky.

EXT. SKY - NIGHT

The HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS LOGO comes out of the smoke and becomes surrounded by embers. It begins to burn. We pass it and we see the sun rise and we come to...

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. SHELL COTTAGE - HILLSIDE - DAY

Harry knells before the grave of Dobby the House elf. We come to the grave and see ‘HERE LIES DOBBY THE FREE ELF’ We look to Harry. In his hand we see the broken mirror within we see an empty room and no one within it.

HARRY (V.O.)We need to ask you a few questions Mr. Ollivander.

CUT TO:

INT. SHELL COTTAGE - BEDROOM - DAY

Mr. Ollivander sits by the window. Harry is on the bed sitting with wands sitting next to him.

HARRYYou talk about wands...as if they have feelings? Like they are real.

Ollivander leans forward.

OLLIVANDERThe wand chooses the wizard Mr. Potter. In any case the wizard must not pick a wand and expect it to work for them...The wand must recognize that person as it’s master.

HARRY So these wands we stole...the ones we took from the Malfoy’s. Could they work for us?

Harry hands him the wands the lie next to him. Ollivander looks at them.

OLLIVANDERSince you did technically overpower their previous masters...yes...they will work for you.

Harry looks at Ollivander.

HARRY And what do you know about the Deathly Hallows?

The room gets tense. Hermione and Ron look at one another, scared and confused. Ollivander still looks at him.

OLLIVANDERThere are rumored to be three. The cloak of invisibility. The resurrection stone. And the Elder wand. All three together make one the master of death. But no such objects truly exist.

HARRYBut you told You Know Who about one. The Elder Wand?

Ollivander’s eyes droop. He looks at Harry.

OLLIVANDERHe tortured me...I only told him what he wanted to hear...The Elder Wand...I do believe is real...but there is no telling if he will ever find it.

Harry looks back to Ron and Hermione.

HARRYHe has found it sir.

Ollivander’s eyes grow wide. His face growing in fear. Harry begins to gather up the wands.

HARRY (CONT’D)We’ll let you rest.

Harry stands up and walks towards his friends.

OLLIVANDERHe’s after you Mr. Potter.

Harry stops and looks back at him.

OLLIVANDER (CONT’D)If it’s true...what you say and the Dark Lord has the Elder Wand...You really don’t stand a chance.

We push in on Harry and his friends standing behind him.

HARRYI’ll guess I’ll have to kill him before he finds me...

The Trio walks out of the room leaving Ollivander scared for the future of the battle.

CUT TO:

INT. SHELL COTTAGE - SITTING ROOM - DAY

The Trio walks down the stairs to see Fleur and Bill sitting on the couch. They notice them and stand up.

FLEUR How is he?

HERMIONEHe still seems shocked. You Know Who had him captive for a year. It’s bound to do something to you.

Harry sits down and places the other wands on the table. Bill looks at them and notices Bellatrix’s wand.

BILLI still can’t believe you three managed to get away.

RONWe have Dobby to thank for that.

They all grow silent. Hermione looks down at her arm. ‘MUDBLOOD’ is now gone but there is a slight scar there. Fleur looks at all of them.

FLEURWhy don’t I make us all dinner. That goblin better come down today. I’m tired of waiting on him hand and foot.

Fleur leaves the room as does Bill. The three of them are now alone.

HERMIONEWhere do we go from here?

Harry looks at the three of them.

HARRYBellatrix was asking you about how you got into her vault.

HERMIONEShe was scared about how we had the sword. She believes she has the real one.

HARRYBut what if there is something else in there? Something more valuble. Like a Horcrux.

Hermione and Ron look at Harry confused.

RON I don’t see where you’re going with this mate. You think that Bellatrix has a Horcrux hidden in her vault?

HARRYWhy else would she torture Hermione? She knew that we saw something that didn’t belong.

Something that would petrify You Know Who if he found out.

HERMIONEBut why would You know who give it to Bellatrix?

HARRYShe is his most faithful servant. Even before he fell she and her husband were loyal to him. He maybe never told her that it was a Horcrux. He gave one to Lucius Malfoy and he didn’t know what it was.

RONBut Gringotts?

HARRY It’s the most safest place in the entire world...next to Hogwarts.What a better place to hide a Horcrux.

Hermione and Ron look at eachother.

HERMIONEIt does make sense why he would do that. But Harry, what can we do about it?

HARRY We’re going to break in.

RONWait what?! Have you gone mental? You’d be stupid to break in. Anyone that’s ever tried has ended up dead.

HARRY Well, it doesn’t mean we can’t try. We know that there is a Horcrux in there and the only way we can get in is if we break in. It’s the only way.

Hermione looks at him.

HERMIONEI have a strand of her hair...

HARRYWhat?

HERMIONEWhen she was torturing me. A strand of Bellatrix’s hair fell onto my jacket. I put it in a vile, just in case we could use it.

Hermione goes to her bag and begins to shuffle through it looking for the vile. She then pulls it out and shows to Ron and Harry. Inside of it is a black hair.

HARRYAll we need now is polyjuice potion...and a goblin.

They all look at each other. Harry looks towards the kitchen where Bill and Fleur are. Harry then turns back to them.

HARRY (CONT’D)We can’t tell them. If they knew what we were doing, they would want to help. And we can’t put their lives in danger anymore then it is now.

RONYeah. Your right. So what do we do? Bill told me about goblins. From the times he’s worked at Gringotts. He’s said that they are cruel. And anything that is made by them, in their eyes rightfully belongs to them.

HERMIONEBut what if it’s been bought? I mean there are possibly hundreds of Goblin made objects that have been bought right?

RONThen they think that it has been rented by the one who had paid the money.

HARRYWe just have got to be careful. Should we talk to him now?


HERMIONEHarry? Before we do this...are you sure it’s what we should do?

HARRYHermione...this is the closet we could possibly get to finding another Horcrux. We may not get a chance like this again in a long time.

HERMIONEAlright...let’s go.

The trio stands up and walk towards the stairs. They then head up them.

INT. SHELL COTTAGE - SMALLEST BEDROOM - DAY

Griphook sits in a chair looking out the window. In view is Dobby’s grave. Next to him is the sword of GodricGryffindor on the floor leaning against the chair. There is a knock at the door. He looks.

GRIPHOOKCome in.

The trio walks in. The first thing Harry looks at is the sword.

HARRYWe’re sorry to bother you. How are you feeling.

GRIPHOOKBetter then before.

Ron and Hermione sit on the bed. Harry pulls a chair up next to Griphook and sits down in it.

HARRYYou probally don’t remember --

GRIPHOOKThat I was the goblin who showed you to your vault the first time you visited Gringotts...Yes...I remember Harry Potter. Even amongst us goblins...you are very famous.

Harry brings his hand to his scar. Hermione notices but does not say anything. Griphook looks out the window.

GRIPHOOK (CONT’D)You buried that elf? The one that saved us?

(Beat)

I watched you bury him from my window.

Harry puts his head down. Ron and Hermione saddened by the fact that Dobby risked his life saving them.

GRIPHOOK (CONT’D)You are an unusual wizard Harry Potter.

Harry looks back.

HARRYWhat do you mean?

GRIPHOOKYou dug the grave.

HARRYSo?

GRIPHOOKWith no magic...that shows great honor. You really cared for that elf. Most wizards would not care about lower creatures like us...but not you three...you’re...different.

They three of them look at one another.

HARRYGriphook we need to ask you something...

Griphook looks at them.

HARRY (CONT’D)We need your help to break into a Gringotts vault.

Griphook’s eyes grow wide.

GRIPHOOKBreak into a Gringotts vault? It’s impossible.

RONNo it’s not.

They all turn and look at Ron.

RON (CONT’D)It’s been done before.

10.CONTINUED:

GRIPHOOK (CONT’D)

(CONTINUED)

HERMIONEYes. He’s right. Vault 713. Remember Harry?

HARRYYeah. I do. It happened the same day I was there...seven years ago.

GRIPHOOKThe vault in question was empty at the time. The protection was minimal.

HARRYWell, the vault we need to get into isn’t empty. And I’m guessing it’s protection is very powerful.

(Beat)It’s the Lestrange’s vault.

GRIPHOOKYou don’t have a chance...no chance at all. ‘If you see beneath our floors a treasure that was never yours--’

HARRY‘Theif you have been warned, beware--’ yeah. I know the warning. But we’re not trying to steal any tresure, nothing for personal gain.

GRIPHOOKIf it’s not for that, then what is you seek within the vault? The sword that lies within the vault is a fake. This one next to me is the real one. But I think you already knew that.

HARRYBut you’ve been in the vault. Surley you must have seen other things there.

GRIPHOOKIt is against the code to speak of the secrets of Gringotts. We have a duty to protect the objects that have been put into our care.

Harry looks at him.

HARRYWill you help us? We haven’t got a hope of breaking in without a goblin’s help...you’re our one and only chance.

Griphook takes a moment and thinks.

GRIPHOOKI have made my desicion....

The trio looks on eagerly.

GRIPHOOK (CONT’D)Even though the other goblins will consider it base treachery...I have decieded to help you.

HARRYThat’s great! Griphook, we couldn’t thank you enough.

GRIPHOOKAnything to stop He Who must Not be Named.

Harry nods at him.

HARRYWe’ll let you rest.

Harry leans forward and grabs the sword. Ron and Hermione follow him out the door.

INT. SHELL COTTAGE - SITTING ROOM - DAY

The trio walk down the stairs. Harry places the sword of the table. All of a sudden there is a knock at the door. Bill walks in.

BILLWho is it?

LUPINIt is I! Remus John Lupin. I am a werewolf, married to Nymphadora Tonks, and Secret Keeper of the Shell Cottage.

The trio smiles. Bill walks to the door and opens it to revel their old friend, REMUS LUPIN.

LUPIN (CONT’D)Hello Bill.

Lupin notices the trio. He smiles.

LUPIN (CONT’D)I was wondering when I would see you three again.

He goes and hugs them.

BILLSo, what brings you here.

Fleur walks in and goes next to Bill, they join their hands together.

LUPINI have come to tell you all...Tonks had the baby.

Hermione shrieks! Harry and Ron smile as does Fleur. Bill pats Lupin on the back.

HERMIONEOh my god! A baby?

LUPINYes. A beautiful baby boy. We named him Ted. After Dora’s father. Teddy Remus Lupin!

RONBlimey...a baby.

Lupin goes back over to Harry and puts his hands on his shoulders.

LUPINAnd you, Harry...will be the godfather.

Harry looks at Lupin. Shocked by yet honored.

HARRYM-me?

LUPINOf course...and Dora agrees...no one better.

HARRYYes...I’ll be the godfather.

LUPINPerfect!

BILLWell, this calls for a toast.

Bill goes into the kitchen and brings out goblets filled with butterbeer. He hands one to all of them.

BILL (CONT’D)Harry? Will you do the honors?

Harry nods and raises his glass.

HARRYTo Teddy Remus Lupin...A great wizard in the making!

Everyone else raises their glasses and take a drink.

FLEUROh, who does he look like?

LUPINWell, I think he looks like Dora but she thinks he looks like me. Not much hair. It looked black when he was born but I swear it turned red in an hour. It’ll probably be blonde by the time I get back. He has his mother’s hair.

They all smile.

LUPIN (CONT’D)Well, I’m sorry to leave so early. But I must get back.

They all stand up and say their goodbyes.

LUPIN (CONT’D)Good luck you three.

He goes out the door leaving them all there. Bill and Fleur begin to clean up. We slowly pan away from the three as they stand there waiting.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. SHELL COTTAGE - SITTING ROOM - NIGHT

Harry, Ron and Hermione sit in the sitting room. Hermione goes throughs books. Ron eating. Harry is just sitting there.

HERMIONEHarry how are we supposed to look for a Horcrux and not know what it is.

HARRYI don’t know. But all I remember that when we were in the ministry I could sense that the Horcrux was in there...maybe it will do the same for us again.

Hermione looks at him. She then takes a deep breath. We go to Harry and touches his scar again.

HERMIONEWe’re all set to leave in the morning.

HARRYAre you ready?

Hermione smiles at him.

HERMIONEHonestly Harry? I’m scared. I’ve been scared all year. But I know that we’re doing this for the greater good and that we can finnaly stop him.

(Beat)You’re a great wizard Harry. You truly are.

HARRYNot as great as you.

Hermione laughs and smiles at him.

HERMIONEYou’re really a great friend Harry.

RONHe really his.

They all start laughing and having a good time.

HERMIONEI miss this. Just us having fun. Not having to worry about Horcruxes and breaking into Gringotts.

RONYeah. Just think that when this is all over we may be able to live as normal kids.

HARRYLet’s hope.

Harry smiles at his friends.

DISSOLVE INTO:

EXT. SHELL COTTAGE - HILLSIDE - DAY

Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Griphook sit on the hillside. Hermione is now in Bellatrix’s clothes. Ron is in new robes that look older and raggy. In Hermione’s hand is Bellatrix’s wand.

HERMIONEI hate this thing...I really hate it. It feels wrong. It feels like a bit of her.

Harry and Ron look at her.

RONBut it’ll help you get into character though. Think what that wand’s done!

HERMIONEBut that’s my point! This is the wand that tortured Neville’s parents and who knows how many other people...This is the wand that killed Sirus....

Harry looks down. But he then looks back up at her.

HARRYI know...but we have got to do this. You’ve got the polyjuice potion?

Hermione nods. Her and Ron stand up. They uncork the viles and begin to drink. Hermione and Ron gag.

HERMIONEUgh...She tastes worse then Gurdyroots...

Both her and Ron begin to transform. All of sudden before Harry’s eyes are two faces. One of Bellatrix Lestrange.And the other of a man that is old.

HARRYPerfect. Are we ready?

Hermione and Ron nod at him. They put their hands together. Griphook grabs onto Harry. And with a loud crack they disapperate.

EXT. KNOCKTURN ALLEY - DAY

The four of them apparate into the dark alley way. Griphook jumps onto Harry’s shoulders. Ron quickly throws the cloak over them. Hermione turns to Ron.

HERMIONELet’s go.

They walk down the alley way turning corners. Harry and Griphook follow behind. They travel up a stone stairway.

EXT. DIAGON ALLEY - DAY

As they enter, beggers look towards Hermione, thinking that she is Bellatrix. Some are on the other side pleading for gold. As they continue down the street. A man runs to Hermione.

BEGGAR 1My children! Where are my children! What have you done with them! You know! YOU KNOW!

HERMIONEI-I really-

The man jumps at her and grabs her throat. She pulls out the wand and sends him flying backwards. He looks at her. He then gets up and runs away. The other beggars notice and they then run away. A man turns around and sees her.

TRAVERSWhy Madam Lestrange!

Under the cloak, Griphook leans into Harry’s ear.

GRIPHOOKIt’s Traver’s. He’s another Death Eater.

Hermione hears before he gets closer. She turns to look at him.

HERMIONEAnd what do you want?

Travers stops and looks at her.

TRAVERSI merely sought to greet you...but if my presence is not welcome then...

HERMIONENo...not at all Travers. How are you?

Travers looks at her.

TRAVERSWell, I must confess. I’m surprised to see you out and about.

HERMIONEReally? Why?

TRAVERSI heard about the Potter boy and his friends attacking the Malfoy Manor. I also heard that all of the inhabitants have been confined to the house after the...uh...escape.

Hermione looks towards Ron.

HERMIONEThe Dark Lord forgives those who are the most faithful to him...

TRAVERSOf course.

(Beat)And who is this with you?

Hermione notices him looking at Ron.

HERMIONEThis is...Dragomir Despard. He speaks very little English but he is in good graces with the Dark Lord. He has traveled from Transylvania to see our new regime.

Travers nods and then looks to Ron. He extends his hand.

TRAVERSHow do you do Dragomir.

Ron does not answer. He just shakes his hand. Travers looks at him.

TRAVERS (CONT’D)So what brings you to Diagon Alley today.

HERMIONEI need to visit Gringotts.

TRAVERSAlas! I also need to visit Gringotts. Gold filthy gold! We cannot live without it!

Travers starts to walk towards the bank. Hermione looks at him scared. Ron follows behind as does Harry and Griphook. Harry pulls out his wand and jinxes Travers. He falls to the ground. Hermione and Ron drag him off to a corner and hid him. They then continue to walk towards Gringotts. They finnally reach the door and they walk in.

INT. GRINGOTTS - MAIN HALL - DAY

They all walk in. Goblins at the desks sit there looking at them. Hermione begins to slip in Bellatrix’s heels. Ron helps her. They go to the desk that lies in the center. She approaches it.

BOGRODWhy...Madam Lestrange. What brings you to Gringotts today?


HERMIONEI wish to enter my vault.

BOGRODWhy of course....We would just like some identification....

Hermione looks at him. She grows angry.

HERMIONEHow dare you! I have never been asked for identification ever!

Griphook goes to Hermione’s ear.

GRIPHOOKThey know! They must have been warned there might be an imposter!

Hermione takes a breath. The goblin holds out his hand.

BOGRODYour wand will do, madam

Hermione hands him the wand. Griphook whispers into Harry’s ear.

GRIPHOOKAct now! The Imperious curse

Harry points his wand at the Goblin.

HARRYImperio

The goblin then takes a breath and looks at them and smiles.

BOGRODVery well Madam Lestrange...If you will follow me...

Hermione looks confused but she ignores it.

CUT TO:

INT. GRINGOTTS - CAVES - DAY

The cart zooms through rocky passageways. Griphook is driving. The wind flies pass them. They up hills, down, side to side. Bogrod sits in the back smiling and humming a little tune. They pass over a waterfall.

RONWhat’s that down there?!

HARRYGriphook?! What is that?!

Griphook tries to slow down the cart. But they come closer and closer to the waterfall. They go right through it and the cart comes to a stop. Hermione looks like her once more. Ron disguise is gone. A pole comes up and it begins to sound and alarm. Their seats break away and they begin to fall. They scream. Hermione takes out her wand.

HERMIONEARESTO MOMENTOM!

They fall short above the ground hovering above the ground. They then fall to the ground with a thud. They all stand up. Harry looks to Hermione.

HARRYHermione...you look like you again!

Griphooks look at them.

GRIPHOOKThe Thieves Downfall...it washes away all enchantments. It can be very deadly.

RONYou don’t say?! And just out of intrest is there anyway out of here?

GRIPHOOKNo.

Bogrod turns around and looks at them.

BOGRODWhat the devil are you all doing down here!? (Yells) Thieves! COME QUICK!

Ron points his wand at him.

RONImperio.

Bogrod then gets a blissful smile back onto his face. Out of the quiet comes a loud roar. Everyone looks around scared.

RON (CONT’D)That didn’t sound good.

CUT TO:

INT. GRINGOTTS - DRAGON LAIR - DAY

They come to where the Dragon lies down onto the ground. The Dragon wakes up.

RONBloody hell....

Griphook goes down to the box and grabs a clanker. He hands it Ron. He then grabs another on. He begins to shake it. Ron does as well. The Dragon screeches.

GRIPHOOKIt’s been trained to expect pain when it hears the noise.

Hermione looks disgusted.

HERMIONEThat’s barbaric! It’s a helpless creature!

They walk past the Dragon as it winces in pain of hearing the noise. They come to an opening and walk up the stairs. They stop shaking the clankers.

INT. GRINGOTTS - VAULT HALLWAY - DAY

Griphook takes Bogrod’s hand and places it onto the door. The door then begins to open. They all rush in as the Dragon looks to them. He then opens his mouth and roars.

INT. GRINGOTTS - LESTRANGE VAULT - DAY

They all enter the vault and the door shuts and locks. They are in darkness. Harry raises his wand as do Ron and Hermione.

HARRYLumos.

Their wands light up. They all look around the room. Harry trying to concentrate. Hermione raises her wand.

HERMIONEAccio Horcrux...

Nothing happens. Ron looks at her.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)What? It was worth a try...

GRIPHOOKThat kind of magic won’t work in here.

Ron looks to Harry.

RONDo you feel it Harry? The Horcrux?

Harry looks up to a high shelf where a golden cup with a badger engraved on it lies.

HARRYThat’s it! It’s Helga Hufflepuff’s cup!

Hermione hits something. It falls the ground and then begins to multiply.

HERMIONEOh no!

GRIPHOOKThey’ve added the Gemino curse! Everything you touch will multiply!

Everything begins to multiply. Harry begins to go for the cup knocking things over. Ron knocks things over as well. Soon the room is filled with treasure. Harry tries to climb over it all. Harry turns to Hermione.

HARRYHermione?! The sword!

Hermione goes into her bag and takes out the sword. She throws it to Harry and he catches it. He then reaches for it trying to grab it with the sword.

HERMIONEStop moving!

Both her and Ron stop moving as Harry gets buried under gold. He then burst out. The cup in hand. The sword goes towards Griphook. He looks at it and grabs it. Harry looks him as Hermione puts the cup into her bag.

HARRYYOU TRATIOR!

GRIPHOOKI said I’d get you in...I never said anything about getting you out!

Griphook takes Bogrod’s hand and touches the door and it opens. Gold pours out. The trio falls out as Griphook runs with Bogrod behind him.

INT. GRINGOTTS - DRAGON LAIR - DAY

Griphook shakes the clankers. The trio runs out and looks over the balcony seeing Griphook run away.

GRIPHOOKTHIEVES!

Bogrod stands before the Dragon pretending to shake the clankers. The dragon looks at him. The dragon then opens his mouth and breathes fire killing Bogrod.

HERMIONEOh my god....

Wizard guards come and start shooting spells at them. They get behind pillars as Spells come flying at them. Ron looks to Hermione.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)We can’t just stand here! Who has an idea!?

RONYou’re the brillant one!

HERMIONEI’ve got an idea...but it’s mad!

Hermione then goes to the gate and points her wand at it.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)Reducto!

She blows up the railing and it flies off. She backs up and runs forward landing onto the dragon. Harry and Ron look at her confused.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)Well come on then!

Harry and Ron follow after her and land onto the back of the Dragon with Hermione. Hermione then turns to the chain and points her wand at it.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)Relisho!

The dragon blows fire at the Goblins and the guards. They go behind pillars to avoid being burnt. The dragon looks up the sky. He then begins to crawl up the walls.

INT. GRINGOTTS - CAVES - DAY

The dragon continues to go up the rocky walls. He knocks off the track and a cart goes flying off of it.

The goblins continue to work. The ground then rumbles and the Dragon comes up from the ground. The Goblins scream and run. The dragon breathes fire burning the hall. It then goes up and smashes the window above.

EXT. DIAGON ALLEY - GRINGOTTS - DAY

The dragon breaks through the window. It then crawls onto the roof and looks around smelling the air. Hermione then points her wand at it’s tail.

HERMIONEReducto!

The spell hits next to the Dragon’s tail. It roars and then takes flight. It flies over rooftops knocking over chimneys.

EXT. LONDON - DAY

The dragon flies over the London city. Hermione, Harry, and Ron hold on tight.

RONThat was brilliant Hermione!

Hermione blushes. We fly into the clouds.

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. COUNTRYSIDE - DAY

The dragon flies over a lake. It begins to get lower to the water.

RONWe’re getting lower!

HERMIONEWhat do we do?!

HARRYJUMP!

They all slide off the Dragon and land into the water. Harry comes up to the surface gasping for air.

They begin to swim towards land.

Voldemort stands looking over the rubble. Behind him are Death Eaters.

INT. GRINGOTTS - LESTRANGE VAULT - DAY

The cup sits on top of the shelf.

Harry swims to shore.

INT. GRINGOTTS - MAIN HALL

Voldemort screams sending a wave of green light killing everyone there.

We get a flash of Hogwarts, A Ravenclaw Banner, a tiara, Helena Ravenclaw.

CUT TO:


The three of them reach the shore and climb onto the rocks.

HARRYHe knows! He knows we broke into Gringotts, he knows what we took! He knows that were hunting his Horcruxes!

HARRYI’m sorry Hermione! But it happened I can’t control it! But he’s scared! He knows that if we find the rest of them he knows that we’ll be able to kill him!

RONSo what do we do?!

They all begin change into dry clothes. Hermione puts a blanket on as Ron and Harry undress.

HARRYWe go to Hogwarts.

They look at him shocked.

RONWhat do you mean?

HARRYThere’s a Horcrux hidden in Hogwarts and it has something to do with Rowena Ravenclaw.

HERMIONEHarry we can’t just go there! We need to plan!

HARRYHermione?! When have any of our plans ever actually worked? We get there and all hell breaks loose.

Ron looks at him.

RONHe’s right. But there’s one problem! We can’t just walk in through the front door. Not with Snape as headmaster.

Harry stops and thinks.

HARRYWe’ll go to Hogsmede and take the secret passageway in the Honeydukes Cellar.

But...there’s something wrong with him...in the past I could always just look into his mind...and now everything just feels...disconnected.

HERMIONEIt could be the Horcruxes.

RONYeah...maybe he’s dying?

HARRYNo...it’s not that...he feels weakened...if anything he feels more vulnerable.

We pan away from the three of them.


Voldemort walks down the hall where blood covers the floor both Death Eaters, Guards, and Goblins lie dead. Nagini slithers behind him. He looks to Bellatrix.

VOLDEMORTWe must kill the boy...tonight!

Bellatrix then smiles and laughs. She then shoots a spell through the roof and causes the Dark Mark. She then runs out the door. Voldemort following behind her.

EXT. DIAGON ALLEY - DAY

Bellatrix along with Voldemort walk down the alley killing people that look at him. Bellatrix begins to set the stores on fire and causing them to explode. They all then appartate away leaving Diagon Alley in ruins.


Griphook lies dead. The sword in his hand. It then dissappears from his hand.

CUT TO:

EXT. HOGSMEADE - MAIN STREET - NIGHT

The streets are quiet. All of a sudden Harry Ron and Hermione apparte in. A bell sounds, a scream is heard. Death Eaters come running out of the Three Broomsticks.

The trio runs down an alleyway as the Death Eaters go looking for them.

EXT. HOGSMEADE - MARKET PLACE - NIGHT

The trio hides under a table as Death Eaters turn over tables and stands looking for them. The screams happen again. They look away.

DEATH EATER 1POTTER!!!!

They run away. The trio looks at each other and takes deep breaths.

EXT. HOGSMEADE - ALLEY WAY - NIGHT

The trio runs down and Alley Way and comes to a gate. Hermione pulls out her wand where all of a sudden a door opens.

ABERFORTHIn here Potter!

The trio looks and they then run in. Hermione and Ron look at the man.

INT. HOGS HEAD - SITTING ROOM - NIGHT

The trio walks into the room. Hermione looks at Ron.

RONDid you see him? He looked like...

HERMIONEI know...Dumbledore.

They all look to the picture of a young girl. Hermione looks in a mirror and see’s Harry in it.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)Harry?...I See you in this...

Harry looks at his broken mirror and sees Hermione in it. He goes and looks at the mirror on the wall. Aberforth then comes running in.

ABERFORTHWhat the bloody hell is wrong with you three?!

Harry looks at him.

Aberforth goes towards a chair and sits down in front of the fireplace. The picture of Ariana above it. Harry, Ron and Hermione stands in front of Aberforth.

ABERFORTH (CONT’D)What brings you three to Hogsmede? You know that Death Eaters practically rule this place. You can’t just apparate in and not be noticed by them.

HERMIONEWe’re sorry. We didn’t know. We thought it would be safe. Because of Hogwarts nearby.

ABERFORTHHogwarts? Safe? Not this year. It’s changed...everything has. Nothing is the same anymore. Not since Snape became Headmaster.

Aberforth begins to tear up. He then wipes the tears away and looks at the trio.

ABERFORTH (CONT’D)So as I ask you again. What brings you here?

HARRYWe need to get into Hogwarts...tonight. Your brother gave us a misson...we need to get into Hogwarts.

Harry looks to Ron and Hermione. They look back.

HARRY (CONT’D)We’ve been hunting Horcruxes...And I think the last one is inside Hogwarts and we need your help getting in.

ABERFORTHAny mission my brother gave you is a suicide mission...do yourself a favor you three and go home and add years to your lives.

HARRYHe trusted us to see it through...

ABERFORTHWhat makes you think you can trust him!

There is a silence between them all. Aberforth steps forward.

Aberforth goes and sits down. Hermione and Ron look at him and sit down. Hermione takes her hand and holds Aberforth’s hand. He looks at her.

ABERFORTH (CONT’D)I’m not going to sit here and weep over old things...but there is one thing I remember about you lot...I remember when you three came in here two years ago...and all of those kids followed...and thatswhere you started your Army...and I know that you fought back against the dark forces that were coming...But if you are doing this to stop You Know Who...

Aberforth looks towards the portrait.

ABERFORTH (CONT’D)You know what to do...

Ariana nods and begins to walk away.

Aberforth looks at the three.

ABERFORTH (CONT’D)There is...one way into Hogwarts.

The trio looks to the portairt. It swings open and in the place of Ariana is their old friend NEVILLE LONGBOTTOM.

HARRYNeville? What the...How?

Neville jumps down from the mantel and goes to hug them. He hugs Hermione first and then Ron and Harry.

NEVILLEI knew you guys would come back! I kept telling Seamus it was a matter of time!

Harry looks at Neville and the scars and brusies that cover his face.

HARRYNeville? What happened to you?

Neville looks back at him.

NEVILLEWhat? These? This is nothing. You should see some of the others. You’ll see.

(Beat)So shall we get going then? Ab, there’s going to be more people coming through.

ABERFORTHA couple more? What D’you mean a couple more Longbottom? There’s a Caterwauling Charm on the whole village.

NEVILLEI know. They’ll be apparatingdirectly into the bar. Just send them all down the passage when they get here.

Neville helps the trio up into the portrait and they start to get going. Harry looks back at Aberforth.

HARRYI don’t know how to thank you...you’ve saved our lives twice.

Harry goes down the passage way following behind Neville and the others.

INT. PASSAGEWAY - NIGHT

The torch light chamber glows. The floor smooth and the walls covered in dirt and stone.

RONHow long has this been here? It’s not on the map is it?

NEVILLEAll of the other passageways were sealed off before the start of the year. There’s really no chance of getting through them now. Curses that Death Eaters placed and dementors waiting at all the exits.

(Beat)But nevermind that. Is it true? Did you guys really break into Gringotts?

HARRYYeah...it is.

NEVILLEBlimey! I can’t believe it. Terry Boot got beaten up by Carrow for yelling about it in the Great Hall at dinner.

Harry smiles.

NEVILLE (CONT’D)And the dragon? That’s true too?

RONYeah. We released it into the wild. Hermione wanted to keep it as a pet though.

HERMIONEDon’t exaggerate Ronald.

They slow down but keep walking.

NEVILLEPlease... They make Umbridge look tame. The other teachers are supposed to report us to the Carrows if we break any of the rules. They don’t though. If they can avoid it. You can tell they hate them as much as we do.

(Beat)Amycus, the bloke, he teaches what used to be Defense Against the Dark Arts. Except now it’s just Dark Arts. We’re supposed to practice the Cruciatus curse on People who’ve earned detentions.

HERMIONEThat’s horrible!

NEVILLEYeah. It’s how I got a few of these. I refused to do it though. But some people are into it. Goyle and Blasie love it. The first time they’ve ever been top in anything I expect. Alecto, Amycus’s sister. Teaches Muggle studies. We’ve got to listen to her explain how Muggles are like animals, stupid, and dirty and how they drove wizards into hiding. I got a few more cuts for asking her how much Muggle blood She and her brother have got.

NEVILLEWell, it got more difficult as time went on. We lost Luna at Christmas, and Ginny never came back after the Easter break. The three of us were sort of the leaders. The Carrow’s knew it was me mostly. They went after Gran.

NEVILLEYeah. But Gran is on the run. She sent me a letter.

He puts his hand to his cheast and taps it.

NEVILLE (CONT’D)I keep it with me at all times. She says she’s proud of me and that I’m my parents son and to keep it up.

Neville pushes on the wall and it opens and light pours into the room.

INT. HOGWARTS - THE ROOM OF REQUIREMENT - NIGHT

The passageway opens to reveal the Room of Requirement much larger that what it was when they started the DA back in their fifth year. There are hammocks hanging all around the room. Doors leading to other rooms. Books. People stand there all in their Hogwarts uniforms, all Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Gryffindor. None of them Slytherin.

NEVILLEHey you lot...I’ve got something for you!

SEAMUSIt better not be more bread. I’m starting to get sick of that stuff.

NEVILLENope...something better.

Harry, Ron and Hermione come into view. Everyone cheers and applaudeds them. Some people are running to hug them.

NEVILLEThe Carrows were chasing me and I knew I had once chance for a hideout. I managed to get through the door. And this is what I found. Well, it’s changed since I first got here. But it expanded as more of the D.A arrived.

HARRYAnd the Carrow’s can’t get in?

KATIENo. Neville has that covered. He just says ‘I don’t want any Carrow supporters getting in’ and the room will do the rest for him.

NEVILLEIt’s really straight forward.

Harry looks at Ron and Hermione. Luna and Dean come in through the portrait. Seamus goes and hugs them. Cho goes and hugs Luna.

HARRY Guys we don’t have a lot of time. We need to find the Horcrux

HERMIONEI know Harry. But how do you expect us to get out of here? They’ll be after you.

Neville looks over to him.

RONWe have a bunch of Ravenclaw’s here...we could just ask.

Ron looks at him with an ‘I don’t Know’ look. Harry then turns to a group of Ravenclaw’s where Cho, and Luna sit.

HARRY (CONT’D)We’re looking for something of Rowena Ravenclaw. Something that will help us overthrow You Know Who. It’s here in Hogwarts. Has anyone heard of an object with an eagle on it?

He looks to the group of Ravenclaw’s. Luna stands

LUNAWell, there is her lost diadem.

CHOYeah but there’s one problem. It’s the Lost Diadem.

(Beat)Centeries ago they say. Flitwick says the Diadem vanished with Ravenclaw herself. No one alive has seen it

RONSorry for asking but what is a Diadem?

CHOIt’s a crown. It was supposed to have magical properties to enhance wisdom to the person who wears it.

HARRYAnd none of you have ever seen it?

They all nod. All of a sudden the doors open and Ginny comes running in. She looks to Harry.

GINNYHarry?...Snape Knows....He Knows that you were in Hogsmede.

INT. HOGWARTS - GRAND STAIRCASE - NIGHT

The students March down the stairs and dementors are above them. Ginny and Harry look at each other. Behind them more of the D.A. Joins them. Harry does not see Ron and Hermione.

INT. HOGWARTS - ENTRANCE HALL - NIGHT

They come off the stairs and Enter the Great Hall.

INT. HOGWARTS - GREAT HALL - NIGHT

The tables are gone. Students get together in packs and leave a huge gap in the middle. On the platform is Snape, and the two Carrows. Harry looks at Snape in anger. Snape then steps down. McGonagall looks at the students. The other teachers are with her.

SNAPEI bet you are wondering why I have called you here this late at night...It has come to my knowledge that Harry Potter was sighted in Hogsmede.

Students chatter.

SNAPE (CONT’D)Quiet...If anyone attempts to aid Mr. Potter...Student...or staff....they will be punished...severly...

Some students begin to cry. Harry looks towards to Cho. She shakes her head. He then looks back to Ginny. They join hands.

SNAPE (CONT’D)If you do not tell me...I will be forced to take drastic actions...Now then...if anyone has any knowledge...or Mr. Potter’s wereabouts...I would like for them to step forward....Now...

Harry breaks the silence and then steps aside in the center of the room.

Snape looks at him. The Carrows point their wands at him. Members of the D.A. Point their wands back. The students gasp in shock. The Doors burst open and everyone comes in Members of the Order and all of the those that were hidden in the Room of Requierment.

Snape looks at him.

HARRY (CONT’D)(Angry/Screaming)

How dare you stand where Dumbledore once stood! How dare you take his place!

(Beat)Tell them how it happened that night! Tell them how you looked him into the eyes! A MAN THAT TRUSTED YOU WITH HIS LIFE! And you killed him!

The students look up at Snape shocked. Snape stands there quietly. McGonagall turns her attention to Snape. Her face growing in anger.

MCGONAGALLThis is the end Severus.

The students look at her. She pulls out her wand and points it at him. Snape draws his as well.

MCGONAGALL (CONT’D)You’ve gone too far...you and your monstrous methods...

SNAPEI see...So it comes down to you and me then Minerva?

MCGONAGALLYes Severus...I am fighting for what’s right...even if it means taking you down with me.

McGonagall shoots a spell towards Snape and he blocks it. Snape fires one towards her. The students go up against the wall in terror. Harry goes to help but with a wave of her hand McGonagall sends him flying backwards.

MCGONAGALL (CONT’D)No Potter! But I must do this alone!

One of the Carrow’s pulls up their sleeves and touch their Dark Marks. Harry Screams in pain. Sprout sends a spell towards the Carrow’s and they fall down.

McGonagall aims her wand at him once more and fires a red light at him. He fires back with a green lighting bolt and their spells connect. In the center of it lightning shoots out and hits all around the room. Students duck for cover, rubble falls from the stone walls. They break the connection and McGonagall falls straight to the ground. Snape points his wand towards her. All of a sudden it flies out of his hand. Before him are the teachers of Hogwarts.

FLITWICKNo...YOU’LL DO NO MORE MURDER HERE AT HOGWARTS!

Snape looks at them all of their wands aimed at him. He reaches for his wand and grabs it. He then swishes his cloak and turns into black smoke. He flies around the hall and then goes out the large window. It shatters into pieces.

MCGONAGALLCOWARD! YOU COWARD!

All of the students look on. The teachers help McGonagall to her feet.

McGonagall turns her attention to Harry as he falls to the ground. The Hall goes dark.

MCGONAGALL (CONT’D)Potter?

All of sudden Voldemort’s voice enter’s the hall. Students scream and hold on close to one another. Some try to block it out. The voice of Voldemort is in their head. Harry falls to the ground. Everyone looks around. The room grows darker and fills with black fog. Lightning rumbles.

VOLDEMORT (V.O.)I know that you are preparing to fight...Your efforts are futile. You cannot fight me. I do not want to kill you. I have great respect for the teachers of Hogwarts. I do not want to spill magical blood.

(Beat)

Ginny steps in front of Harry. The rest of the D.A look on and protect Harry as well. Filch comes running in.

FILCHSTUDENTS! STUDENTS OUT OF BED!!! In the corridors!

MCGONAGALLThey’re supposed to be you blabbering idiot!

FILCHOh...

McGonagall looks to him.

MCGONAGALLAs it appears, Mr. Filch your arrival is perfect. If you would...

She walks to the group of Slytherins.

MCGONAGALL (CONT’D)Please escort Ms. Parkinson and the rest of Slytherin’s that wish not to fight from the hall...

She looks to the Slytherin’s.

MCGONAGALL (CONT’D)You may leave...and follow Mr. Filch to the dungeons....but it is time for you all to decided where your true loyalty lies...if you choose to stay and fight we will fight with you...but if you take up arms against us...we will stop you...Now...make your choice....

Some of the students leave as some stay behind. Filch leads them out of the hall. McGonagall turns to Harry.

MCGONAGALLWell, if that is what you need and that is what you shall get..

Harry looks to her.

MCGONAGALL (CONT’D)Do what you have to do...We’ll secure the castle.

Harry begins to run out.

MCGONAGALL (CONT’D)Potter....? It’s good to see you again.

Harry turns to her.

HARRYIt’s great to see you to Professer.

The students begin to run out of the Hall. Harry runs out.


Students run down the stairs wands in hand others running up to get out of the school. Harry runs up the stairs. Hermione and Ron catch up to him. Along the walls the paintings rush away trying to escape.

HERMIONEHarry!?

Harry turns and looks at them.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)We have an idea. I mean it was all Ron’s idea it was truly brillent.

Ron blushes.

Harry goes into his pocket and hands them the map. Hermione takes it. He then turns away from them.

HERMIONEWait? Where are you going?

HARRYThe Ravenclaw comman room! It’s somewhere to start right?

They all separate. Luna appears and then chases after Harry.

LUNAHarry?! Harry wait!!


Nevillie comes out of the Hall with McGonagall and many of the other teachers and students.

NEVILLESo you want us to blow it up?...like Boom!

McGonagall looks to him.

MCGONAGALLBoom!!

NEVILLEBrillient. But how?

McGonagall walks out of the Entrance Hall.

EXT. HOGWARTS - ENTRANCE COURTYARD - NIGHT

They all walk out and stop at the stairs.

MCGONAGALLI would talk to Mr. Finnigan. He as I understand it has a knack for pyrotechnics.

SEAMUSYeah...I can blow it up.

MCGONAGALLThat’s the spirit and now away you go.

Neville then walks away with Seamus and many of the others following them. Flitwick and the others step forward to McGonagall.

FLITWICKMinerva? You do realize we can’t keep out You Know Who indenfintaly?

MCGONAGALLThat doesn’t mean we can’t delay him...and his name is Voldemort! It won’t matter weather you use it or not Fillius he’ll kill you either way....

McGonagall looks up the statues that lie within the walls.

MCGONAGALL (CONT’D)Piertotum Locomotor!

The statues then begin to come to life.

INT. HOGWARTS - CORRIDORS - NIGHT

The suits of Armor come to life and start to march down the hall.

In another Corridor, statue’s of animals come to life and run down the hall.

In the Entrance Hall, the statues jump down from their perch and fall down onto the ground with a bang. More of them keep coming and march out the door. McGonagall brings her wand to her neck.

MCGONAGALL(Loudly)

HOGWARTS IS THREATENED! MAN THE BOUNDARIES PROTECT US! DO YOUR DUTY TO OUR SCHOOL!


Molly and Flitwick run across the Courtyard. As do the other teachers and memebers of the Order. She raises her wand.

MCGONAGALLProtego Maxima

And out of it shoots a large blue lightning bolt. It brances over the entire grounds of Hogwarts.

Both of them shoot out the blue lightning bolt.

More blue lightning bolts come flying out and cover the castle. The shield covers the entire school.

INT. HOGWARTS - MOANING MYRTLES BATHROOM - NIGHT

Hermione and Ron stand before the sink as it opens for them. Hermione looks at it.

HERMIONEAre you sure you want to do this?

Ron looks at her and takes her hand.

They both jump down. Hermione screams.

INT. HOGWARTS - CHAMBER OF SECRETS CAVE - NIGHT

Hermione and Ron slide down and land into the rubble and bone covered floor. Ron stands up and takes Hermione’s hand and leads her down the passageways.

The come to the snake steel covered door.

HERMIONERon. How do we open this? You probably need Parsletounge to open it...

Ron turns to her. He then looks to the door. He then begins to speak it and the door opens. Hermione’s eyes grow wide and she smiles.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)Ronald...That was impressive.

RONAlways the tone of surprise.

They then go into the door.

INT. HOGWARTS - CHAMBER OF SECRETS - NIGHT

Hermione and Ron climb down the ladder and run down the wet stone floor. At the end is the skeleton of the Basalisk. Hermione runs to it. She looks towards the mouth. She goes to her beaded bag and pulls out the Cup of Hufflepuff. She brings her hand to the fangs and she pulls one out. Her hand overs over it.

RONYou can do it...I believe in you.

Hermione smiles at him. She brings the fang down and stabs the Horcrux. There is a loud peircing scream.

EXT. WOODS - NIGHT

Voldemort screams and falls to the ground.

INT. HOGWARTS - CHAMBER OF SECRETS - NIGHT

The cup goes black. The water rises all around them. It crashes down. Hermione and Ron are covered. Ron runs over to the fangs and grabs a few and shoves them into Hermione’s bag. They get up and run. They join hands once more. The tidal waves grow and it begins to flood the Chamber. They finnally reach the end of the chamber and climb up the ladder.

INT. HOGWARTS - CHAMBER OF SECRETS CAVE - NIGHT

They manage to climb out and Ron pushes the door shut. Water still rushes. Hermione and Ron look at each other. They then lean in and kiss one another. They then break apart. Ron looks at her.

RONWow...

HERMIONEAlways the tone of surprise...

They kiss again. Hermione looks at him.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)We better go.

RONRight...yeah.

They get up and run out of the chamber.

CUT TO:

INT. HOGWARTS - STAIRWELL- NIGHT

Harry runs up the stairwell and tries to avoid students. Luna runs after him.

LUNAHarry?! Stop I need to talk to you!

HARRYI’m sorry Luna but I’m busy at the moment!

LUNABut it’s very important!

Harry doesn’t stop.

Harry Potter! You’ll listen to me right now!

Harry stops and looks at her.

LUNA (CONT’D)You remember what Me and Cho were saying in the Room of Requirement? That no one alive has seen the Diadem?

HARRYWhat do you mean Luna?

LUNADon’t you see? No one alive...you need to talk to someone who’s dead?

Luna smiles at him.

LUNAThe Grey Lady...The Ghost of Ravenclaw...

Harry looks at her.

HARRYOkay...but Where would I find her?

LUNAShe sometimes lurks around the Transfiguration Courtyard

Harry then runs past her leaving her alone. All of a sudden Neville comes up from behind her.

NEVILLELuna? Do you want to stand by me while we fight?

Luna smiles at him and then takes his hand.

They both go down the stairs and their wands at the ready.

INT. HOGWARTS - TRANSFIGURATION COURTYARD

Harry runs into the Courtyard. He see’s no one standing in there he looks around. All of a sudden he falls to the ground and screams in pain.

FLASH TO:

EXT. WOODS - NIGHT

Voldemort stands looking over the castle of Hogwarts. He walks slowly. Nagini following behind him slithering on the ground.

INT. HOGWARTS - SEVENTH FLOOR CORRIDOR - NIGHT

Harry tries to stands. As he turns he sees the Grey Lady. She looks at him.

GREY LADYHarry Potter? Are you alright?

HARRYYou’re the Grey Lady?

She nods at him.

HARRY (CONT’D)I need to know about the Lost Diadem.

She looks at him.

GREY LADYI’m sorry...but I cannot help you.

She goes to turn away.

HARRYI need to know! It’s to stop Voldemort! Do you even know who he is?!

She looks at him and grows angry.

GREY LADYI know who he is! I know the types of Dark Magic he has done! I know what he did to my mother’s Diadem! HE DEFILLED IT! WITH BLACK MAGIC!!!

HARRYI understand...but I need it in order to stop him! I just need to know where it is...

She looks at him.

GREY LADYWhy do you seek it?

HARRYI want to destroy it!

She looks at him shocked.

CUT TO:

EXT. HOGWARTS - CLIFFS - NIGHT

Thousands of Death Eaters stand among the cliff. They split to make way for Voldemort and Nagini. He gets to the edge with Bellatrix beside him. Voldemort pants and looks weak.

VOLDEMORTThey never learn...What a pity...

He looks behind him.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)(Yelling)

BEGIN!!!!

Along the cliff and on the side of it Death Eaters raise their wands and spells and fire-y explosions come out of it all of them heading towards Hogwarts. They hit the shield and begin to blow up but the shield does not break.

CUT TO:


Explosions begin to the distance. Out on the shield spells hit. Harry looks at the Grey Lady.

HARRYAnd it’s what you want too...

GREY LADYThere were many before you seeking it...for it’s power....But he lied...he turned something so good into something as dark as his heart. A heart that does not beat. A heart that does not know love....

She begins to float away.

GREY LADY (CONT’D)It’s here in the castle...it’s hidden in the room where things are hidden...But Harry Potter...I know what you are risking...but make sure not to lose yourself along the way.

Harry looks at her and runs away. She dissappears.


Voldemort grows in anger. He then brings the Elder Wand up. He takes the Elder wand and slashes it across the air pointing it at the school. The shield then turns blue with light flying off of it. He screams as it breaks. The light is strong and the death eaters try to block their eyes. The shield then turns a redish orange and it begins to disintegrate, pieces of the shield fall as if stone falling from a ceiling.


McGonagall stands before an army of stone, students, and members of the Order of Phoenix. They watch as the shield falls apart and that they now must fight.


Harry, Ron and Hermione look out the windows and see the shield failing and falling apart.

INT. HOGWARTS - CLOCK TOWER - NIGHT

Remus looks towards Tonks. Both of them join hands.

EXT. HOGWARTS - COVERD BRIDGE - NIGHT

Neville and Luna stand at the edge of the bridge looking towards the forest where Snatchers stand. The shield then breaks.


Voldemort looks at the shield falls apart. He looks down at the Elder Wand, it has cracked a little bit. The shield is now gone. He raises his wand.

VOLDEMORT(Screaming)

ATTACK!

Death Eaters apparate into smoke and fly towards the school. Some charge down the cliff and go to the entrance courtyard.


Hundreds of Death Eaters come flying in and hit the school and it begins to explode. Stone falls and students go and start dueling with Death Eaters. There are many flashes of light. Students trying to defend the school. Giants walk across the bridge getting closer to the school and smashing the stone army before them.

EXT. HOGWARTS - NIGHT

Hogwarts starts exploding. Death Eaters swarm around the castle casting spells causing the castle to be destroyed.

EXT. HOGWARTS - STONE CIRCLE - NIGHT

Snatchers come out from the forest and run towards Neville and Luna.

EXT. HOGWARTS - COVERD BRIDGE - NIGHT

Nevile and Luna run down the long bridge as the Snatchers chase after them. They both begin send spells backwards trying to hit them. They both then point their wands at the wood. As soon as they hit it, behind the snatchers it begins to explode. The explosion begins to crumble the bridge. Neville and Luna run faster. The Snatchers then fall as the Bridge then hits them and they fall to their death. Neville and Luna run faster.

EXT. HOGWARTS - CLOCK COURTYARD - NIGHT

Waiting at the edge of the Bridge are Ginny and other members of the D.A. Neville and Luna run. Luna jumps just as the bridge collapses and Neville falls. They all look saddend. All of a sudden hands come up and Nevile appears at the break of where the Bridge once stood. They all smile and go to help him up. Explosions are heard in the background.

NEVILLEThat was wicked!

Luna looks at him and he looks at her. They both lean in and kiss each other. They then break it and run towards the battle.


Harry runs amongst the students. They all run screaming. Dust falls from the ceiling. A death eater flies in. Harry shoots a spell at it knocking it out of it’s path. Ginny, Neville, and Luna come running towards him.

HARRYAre you guys alright?

LUNANever better! Let’s go Neville.

Both Neville and Luna run up the stairs their wands drawn. Ginny looks to Harry and kisses him. They break the kiss.

GINNYI know...

Harry runs away from her. She looks at him run. She then pulls out her wand and goes and joins the battle.


Harry runs down the hallway. All around him explosions happen. He stops and looks at a wall. A door appears. He runs in.


Hermione and Ron walk down the hall with the Map in hand looking for Harry.

Ron looks and then points onto the map.

RONThere he is...

Harry’s dot vanishes.

RON (CONT’D)The Room of Requierment...

HERMIONEWhat?

RONHe’s gone to the Room of Requierment...It doesn’t show up on the map does it...you said that last year...

HERMIONEThat’s right I did....

RONLet’s go then.

He takes her hand and they run.

CUT TO:

INT. HOGWARTS - THE ROOM OF HIDDEN THINGS - NIGHT

The door opens, and Harry walks into the room that is piled with junk. Harry looks around trying to find the Horcux. All of a sudden there is a whining sound. Harry looks to his left. Explosions still sound outside. Harry walks around. He then closes his eyes and turns behind him. He goes to it and opens a box. Inside of it is the Diadem.

HARRYI found it....

DRACOAnd I found you...

Harry turns around to see Draco, Goyle, and Blaise standing before him their wands pointed at Harry.

DRACO (CONT’D)Well...well...Look what we have here boys...I believe that’s my wand Potter...

HARRYNot anymore...it belongs to me...Who’s wand are you using?

DRACOMy mothers...it’s powerful...but it just doesn’t understand me...Know what I mean.

HARRYWhy didn’t you tell them...that it was me...you could’ve...but you didn’t.

Hermione and Ron come behind Harry.

HERMIONEHARRY?!

GOYLEIt’s the Mudblood! AVADA KEDAVRA!

The spell shoots out from his wand. Hermione and Ron dodge it. Hermione raises her wand.

HERMIONEStupfy!

The spell rebounds and hit’s the Diadem and sends it flying. Draco, Goyle and Blasie go running away. Ron chases after them. Hermione and Harry go digging in the junk for the Diadem. They find it. Hermione smiles. They jump down. Ron comes towards the screaming.

RONGOYLE SET THE BLOODY PLACE ON FIRE!!!

He grabs Hermione and runs. Fire comes around the corner. Harry turns and runs after Ron and Hermione. Behind them comes a lion of fire. They begin to run faster. The room begins to fill up with smoke and fire in the shape of the four houses animals. An eagle comes soaring around the room. A badger runs through. And a snake slithers through.

RON (CONT’D)RUN!

Hermione and Ron join hands and run faster. Harry follows after them.

On another side of the room. Malfoy and Blaise try to climb up the walls escaping the fire. Goyle is not fire behind. But a piece of the wall breaks and Goyle falls to the ground but into the fire. Draco looks on and a tear falls out of his eye.

Harry and his friends continue to run. Harry raises the wand.

HARRYAQUAMENTI!

A wall of water shoots out of his wand and he blocks the fire that is coming after them. Hermione and Ron take out their wands and help. They bend the fire so that they can escape. Hermione looks to see three old broomsticks.

HERMIONEOver here!

She grabs the brooms and they get on. Harry breaks the spell and they fly away. They fly through the room as it burns. Harry then notices Malfoy and Blaise. He turns around.

HARRYWe have to save them!

RONYou’re kidding?!

HARRYNo one deserves to die this way! Not even them!

The three of them turn around. Harry grabs Malfoy’s hand and pulls him up.

RONIF WE DIE FOR THEM HARRY I’LL KILL YOU!!

Ron pulls Blaise up and they fly out. Hermione takes the lead. She notices the door and leads them to it. She points her wand and it and blows it open they fly out.


The three brooms fly out and they all fall to the ground. The brooms stop and fall to the ground as well. Wood and stone cover the corridor.

Screams can be heard from the courtyard below. Harry looks to where the Room of Requirement once was. Fire still rises. Harry looks to Ron and Hermione. Draco and Blaise are gone. Harry falls back against the wall. He pulls out the Diadem. Hermione hands him a fang. Harry puts the Diadem on the floor. He then raises the fang and throws it down onto the Diadem. It screams and the blue stone begins to bleed. Black smoke comes out of it. Ron goes and kicks it into the Room. The flames get closer and the doors slam shut. Harry looks at it. They all do. Harry then falls back and winces in pain.

CUT TO:


Voldemort screams. Many of the Death Eaters look at him. Wormtail steps forward.

WORMTAILMy...my lord?

Voldemort then goes and points the wand at him.

VOLDEMORTAVADA KEDAVRA!

Wormtail then falls to the ground dead. He then looks to the ground where Nagini is.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)We must keep you safe...

Voldemort then reaches down and apparates away with Nagini.

Hermione and Ron look at Harry.

HERMIONEWe still don’t know what the other Horcrux is...Harry we need to find out.

Harry looks at her.

HERMIONE (CONT’D)Look inside of him...Look for him Harry. He must have a Horcrux with him. Harry you can do it...

Harry then closes his eyes.

FLASH TO:

INT. HOGWARTS - BOAT HOUSE - NIGHT

Voldemort stands in the Boat House of Hogwarts. Naginislithers all around. Lucius Malfoy stands there. Voldemort has the Elder Wand in his hand.

LUCIUSMy Lord...my son...

VOLDEMORTIf your son is dead, Lucius it is not my fault. He did not come and join me like the rest of the Slytherins.

(Beat)Perhaps he has decided to befriend Harry Potter.

Lucius looks saddend. Voldemort walks over to him and slaps him.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)Fetch me Severus...I wish to speak with him.

Lucius looks at him.

FLASH TO:


Harry comes to and Ron and Hermione look at him.

HARRYHe’s in the boat house. He’s not even fighting.

RONWhat? Why?

HARRY He probably thinks he doesn’t need to. And I know what the other Horcrux is...it’s the Snake...it’s Nagini.

Ron nods. All of sudden the doors burst open and a body comes flying through. Then Fred walks in his wand pointed towards the Death Eater on the ground, ROCKWOOD.

FREDHey you lot! Thought I would need to save your butts ag---

All of a sudden a green light hits Fred and he falls back. Ron looks and screams. Everything goes silent. Harry looks. Hermione tries to hold Ron back but she can’t. He runs to his brother and cries harder trying to wake him up. But Fred Weasley did not move. His eyes closed. Fred Weasley was dead.

Sound returns and the battle continues. Ron looks toward where Rockwood once was. But he wasn’t there. He was running down the hall.

RONROCKWOOD!!!!!

Ron pulls out his wand and runs after him.

HERMIONERON!

Hermione and Harry chase after him leaving Fred’s body alone. Hermione catches up to Ron.

INT. HOGWARTS - THE GRAND STAIRCASE - NIGHT

Ron chases after Rockwood. Hermione cataches Ron and stops him. She pins him to the wall. Harry helps.

RONLET ME GO! LET ME GO! I WANT TO KILL HIM! I WANT TO KILL DEATH EATERS!

Hermione has tears cascading down her face.

HERMIONERON! RON! LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME! WE WILL FIGHT! WE WILL...But we have to help Harry! We have to kill Voldemort! We are the only ones that can end this! We need to get the snake!

Ron still cries. Harry looks at him. Harry begins to cry as well. But then two Death Eaters come towards them.

DEATH EATER 1POTTER!

Hermione points her wand at them and sends them flying back. They run the other way.

Spells are directed towards them. They fire back and one hits a Death Eater and he falls off the stair and flips over the railing. As they run they reach the Entrance Hall.


The battle continues, Dead bodies of both Hogwarts and Hogsmede citizens, and some Death Eaters. In the Great Hall people are being dragged in. Blood covers some of the walls. Statues have been destroyed. Stone and fire covers the room. People continue to fight. Dean and Seamus fight off a Death Eater. Cho and Katie as well.

Hermione, Ron, and Harry run through. They pull out their wands and start fighting back. They run out the large door.


Students fight off Death Eaters within the Castle. A little first year girl is hit with a spell. The Death Eater goes to kill her but she raises her wand and sends him flying. She cries. George notices and runs to her.

GEORGEYou’ll be okay...

He picks her up and helps her run into cover.


Ginny and Cho come face to face with a Death Eater. They send a spell at him sending him flying out the window. A snatcher tackles Cho down. She screams. Ginny hits him with a curse. She and Snatcher duel. Then a Crystal ball hits the Snatcher over the head. He falls behind him is Professor Trawlaney.

TRAWLANEYI’ve got more where that came from girls!

Ginny helps Cho up and they run out the door.


The courtyard is covered with debris, stone, wood, and fire. There are not many bodies. Statues try to fight but Giants smash them. Hagrid comes in with his pink umbrella and shoots towards Death Eaters.

Hermione, Harry, and Ron fight off Eaters. Hermione looks next to her where Lavender Brown is tackled down by Greyback. He bites her neck and she screams.

HERMIONENO! LAVENDER!!

Hermione points her wand at him and he goes flying through the stone archways and off a cliff. McGonagall fights as well along with all of the teachers.

MCGONAGALLDON’T STAND DOWN! KEEP FIGHTING IN THE NAME OF DUMBLEDORE.

A giant goes to attack her. She then greats a large swish and she fights the giant. He falls back and crushes some of the stone courtyard.

Ginny and Luna fight off Death Eaters. Neville as well. Bodies are already on the ground both of Hogwartsstudents, and members of the Order.

The Trio runs towards the bridge. They then see Dementors.

ABERFORTHSTAND BACK!

Aberforth points his wand towards the hundreds of Dementors.

ABERFORTH (CONT’D)EXPECTO PATRONUM!

A bright light shoots out of his wand and it grows and it becomes a tidal wave and it turns into waves shooting back the dementors.

The dementors fly away. The Trio looks at him.

ABERFORTH (CONT’D)That’s the third time I’ve saved your lives. Lets not make it a fourth.

He smiles at them and then runs back to the battle. The Trio then turns and runs through more of the battle. They come to the stairs. They then run down the stairs.

EXT. HOGWARTS - BOAT HOUSE - NIGHT

The three come to the boat house. The look towards the window and see Voldemort standing there. They then run closer to it. They sit under the window.


Snape stands before Voldemort. Nagini slithers around. Harry peers through the window.

VOLDEMORTI have a problem, Severus.

SNAPEMy lord?

Voldemott raises the Elder Wand and holds it in his hand.

VOLDEMORTWhy doesn’t it work for me Severus?

The look on. Nagini looks at Snape and it continues to hiss.

SNAPEM-my lord? I don’t understand...you have performed extrondinary magic with it.

VOLDEMORTYes...But I have only performed my usual magic...but with this wand...it feels like my old wand that I gathered from Ollivander all those years ago.

Harry brings his hand to his scare. Voldemort continues to look at Snape.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)No difference...

Voldemort walks around.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)I have thought long and hard, Severus...do you know why I have called you from the battle?

SNAPENo my lord. But please let me return. Let me find the boy.

His voice echoes throughout the room and outside. The trio grows scared.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)But you can answer something for my Severus...Why did both of the wands I have used fail when directed at Harry Potter?

Snape grows scared now. Voldemort gets closer.

Harry grows angry. But Hermione holds him back.

Snape now looks towards Voldemort.

VOLDEMORTAll this long night when I am on the brink of victory, I have sat here, wondering...wondering, why the Elder Wand refuses to be what it ought to be, refuses to perform as legend says it must perform for its rightful owner . . . and I think I have the answer.

Voldemort looks at him. Snape does not speak and he looks at him scared.

Voldemort slashes the Elder Wand through the air. Snape falls to the ground. Blood comes out from his throat.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)Kill...

Nagini goes towards him and her mouth opens.

CUT TO:


The Trio ducks under. Snape screams as Nagini hisses and attacks him. Voldemort laughs. Blood splatters against the window.

INT. HOGWARTS - BOAT HOUSS - NIGHT

Nagini comes towards Voldemort. He smiles at her. He then raises the Elder Wand towards the castle. A Lighting bolt shoots out of it.

EXT. HOGWARTS - NIGHT

The bolt of lighting comes from the Boat House and attacks the Great Hall. It explodes.


Voldemort and Nagini apparate away and they rush across the lake towards the Forrbidean Forest.


The trio stands up and runs towards the Boat House door.

They run in to see Snape on the ground covered in blood and cuts. He takes short breathes. They rush over to him.

A tear falls from Snape’s eye and it glows a bluish-white.

SNAPE(Choaking)

Take it...take...it...my memories. Take them to the pensive...

Harry looks to Hermione. She hands Harry a vial. Harry takes his wand and puts the substance into the vial. He puts it into his pocket.

SNAPE (CONT’D)Look...at...me...You have your mothers eyes...

We push in on Harry’s eyes. Snape smiles. His eyes then close and Severus Snape is dead.

Hermione looks on. She then cries. Ron holds her. Harry then looks towards a boat. He points his wand at it and it lowers. Harry then points his wand at Snape and he floats onto the boat. Hermione and Ron then take a sheet and cover him. They then push the boat out.

EXT. HOGWARTS - LAKE - NIGHT

Snape’s body goes down out onto the lake. The glow of fire from the Fire reflects onto the water. The Trio looks as he floats away.

HARRYHe gave me his memories...

RONWhy would he do that?

HARRYI don’t know...

They all turn towards the castle. And then a voice pierces the sky. We pan around the castle and the destruction of the battle as Voldemort speaks. The three of them grow scared. Hermione cries as Voldemort pierces her head.

VOLDEMORT (V.O.)You have fought valiently...Lord Voldemort knows how to value bravery. Yet you have sustained heavy losses. If you continue to resist me, you will all die, one by one. Every drop of magical blood spilled is a loss.

George is dissarmed by a death Eater. The little girl he saved is crying.

On another side. Molly tries to get Voldemort out of her head.

Voldemort (V.O)I command my forces to retreat...you have one hour.


The fighting has ceased Everyone looks around scared.

VOLDEMORT (V.O.)Dispose of your dead with dignity.


We then come back to the Trio. They all look at each other. Death eaters fly out of the castle and fly towards the forest. Giants are heard stomping away as well.

VOLDEMORT (V.O.)Harry Potter, I speak directly to you. You have allowed your friends to die for you on this night rather than face me yourself. There is no greater dishonor...I shall wait for you in the Forbidden Forest. If, you have not come to me, have not given yourself up, I shall kill every last man, woman, and child who has tried to conceal you from me.

The voice goes away. Harry looks towards his friends. Hermione looks to him.

HERMIONEDon’t listen to him...It’ll be alright...we’ll go back to the castle and think of another plan.

Ron looks to the sky.

RON(Shouting)

You’ll never get him....YOU HEAR ME! NEVER!!!

Hermione takes both of them and they rush up the stairs.


The three run into the entrance courtyard to see no more battles. Everything is destroyed. Fire still burns. No one is within there.

HERMIONEWhere is everyone?

They run towards the doors.


People run down the stairs carrying both injured and dead. They look to see Collin being carried by Oliver Wood. Collin is dead. His body is brought into the Great Hall.


People cover the entire room. Off to the side, MademPompfrey, and Professor Trawlaney tend to the injured. On the platform lies the dead. Ron runs to his family they cover the dead body of Fred. Ron cries harder. He goes down to Fred’s body and cries along with his mother. Harry goes to Ginny. She hugs him. Hermione goes next to Ron and tries to comfort him as she cries as well. Harry looks next to Fred to see the dead bodies of Tonks and Lupin. Their hands are joined together. Lavender Brown is among the dead as well. There are many countless others. Harry walks away. He starts to cry. Ginny chases after him.


Harry walks out of the Great hall. Ginny comes after him. She looks at him.

Harry turns to look at her. She goes to him and kisses him. He then breaks the kiss. He looks at her.

Harry walks down the corridor towards the statue that leads to the Headmaster’s Office. He comes to it.

The statue then raises up and Harry gets onto the stairs. And goes up.

INT. HOGWARTS - HEADMASTER’S OFFICE - NIGHT

The portraits are empty. Harry walks in. He pulls out the vial and walks towards the Pensive. He pours it in. He then lowers his head into the liquid.

FLASH TO:

EXT. FIELD - DAY

We get flashes of two little girls running through the field. A young boy watches them, SNAPE. One little girl stops, LILY. She unfolds her hand and a flower comes out of it.

PETUNIAYour such a freak!

Petunia laughs at her. Lily just looks sad. Harry looks on and sees that it is his Mother.

LILYI am not a freak!

Lily runs away crying. Snape looks on as Lily runs.

We get flashes of Snape and his years through Hogwarts.Being teased by the Maruaders and being teased. We then get flashes of Snape fighting back.

Snape is on a cliff with Dumbledore.

We hear Lily scream.

Snape sits in a chair crying. Dumbledore stands before him.

Now Dumbledore is in the chair. Snape is at his blackendhand with his wand out. The Ring is on the desk as is the Sword of Gryffindor.

SNAPEThat was foolish of you! That is very dark magic! You could’ve killed yourself. It will contain the curse to your hand...but it will spread.

DUMBLEDOREI understand that Severus...How long do you think I have?

Snape stands and looks at him.

SNAPEI can’t tell...maybe a year.

Dumbledore smiles at him.

DUMBLEDOREDon’t ignore me Severus...We both know that Voldemort has orderd the Malfoy boy to kill me...but should he fail...but as I understand...the Dark Lord will turn to you...You must be the one to kill me...only then

Snape takes a deep breath.

Snape waves his wand and cast a Patronus...We see the silver doe. The same one Harry saw...

Harry comes out of the pensive. He looks around the room. He seems scared but he knows what he has to do. He turns out of the room and walks out.

Harry walks down the Corridor slowly looking at the wreckage from the battle. He begins to smile at remembering his time at Hogwarts.


Harry walks down the stairs there he sees his friends. He looks at them. Ron is crying and Hermione confort him. He goes to them.

HARRY (CONT’D)I’m sorry about Fred...

Ron looks at him.

RONI don’t blame you Harry. None of us do.

Hermione looks at them. Harry looks at her.

HARRYI know why Snape gave me his memories...

Harry breaks the hug and looks at them...

They both nod. Hermione goes in and kisses him on the cheak. Ron puts his hand on Harry’s shoulder.

Harry looks them both in the eyes. He then turns and walks away. Hermione looks at Ron. She cries hard. Both of them do. They hug each other.

EXT. HOGWARTS - THE FORBIDDEN FOREST - NIGHT

Harry walks through the opening to the Forrbiden Forest. He continues to walk over roots, and past trees. He then stops and then goes into his pocket and pulls it out of it, the Golden Snitch. He brings it to his mouth.

HARRYI’m about to die...

The snitch then breaks open and out of it falls the Ring. Harry looks at it. He bends down and picks it up. He turns it three times in his hand. All of sudden before him is Lupin, Tonks, Sirus, James, and his mother Lily.

LILYYou’ve been so brave sweetheart...

Harry takes a moment to sink everything in. He walks towards his mother. She puts her hand out. Harry reaches for it but his hand goes right through hers. He looks over to his father. Then back to the others.

HARRYWhy are you here...all of you?

LILYWe never left...

Harry then looks to Sirius.

HARRYDoes it hurt...dying...

Sirius takes a moment.

SIRIUSIt’s just like falling asleep...only quicker.

James then steps forward.

Voldemort and many of the Death Eaters stand in the clearing of the woods. Bellatrix is right next to him. He looks at them. A Death Eater comes closer.

The Death Eater looks scared. Voldemort grows sad.

VOLDEMORTI thought he would come...

Bellatrix looks at him. She frowns. He then turns around. All of a sudden Harry appears. Bellatrix looks.

Voldemort turns around and looks at Harry. Hagrid then begins to struggle but he is held down.

The spell hits Harry and he falls dead the light turns to Forest white.

INT. KINGS CROSS STATION - DAY

Kings Cross is entirely white and glowing. No trains are there, no people. Harry lies down on the floor. He does not have any glasses on. His eyes open and Harry begins to stand up. He looks around. Under a bench is a red thing it wimpers and it is Voldemort. All of a sudden someone comes behind him.

DUMBLEDOREYou cannot help him Harry.

Harry stands up and looks at Dumbledore.

DUMBLEDORE (CONT’D)Hello Harry...let’s walk.

The two of them walk.

HARRYProfessor? What was that?

DUMLEDOREThat part of Voldemort...that lived within you... sent here to die.

They continue to walk.

HARRYSir...where are we?

Dumbledore then sits down. And so does Harry.

DUMBLEDOREThat’s up to you. Weather you want to return to your life and fight Voldemort as a Mortal man. Or stay here and move on to another life.

Dumbledore stands up.

HARRYHe has the Elder Wand. And the Snake is still alive. And the Sword is missing.

Dumbledore then begins to back away.

Voldemort begins to stand up.

She looks towards Harry as he lays there still.

Voldemort looks towards Narcissa.

She walks over scared. She then reaches Harry. She bends down and places her hand on his chest. She gasps. And looks down at him. She then leans down towards his ear.

A tear falls from her eye. She wipes it away. She stands up slowly. She looks towards the Death Eaters.

NARCISSAHe’s dead.

Voldemort screams and raises the wand letting out a lightning bolt. The Death Eaters cheer around him.

VOLDEMORT(Laughing)

HE’S DEAD!!!!

He then looks towards Hagrid who is crying.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)YOU! You shall carry his body back to the castle...there they will see what has become of their hero...

The Death Eaters holding Hagrid lead him to Harry’s body. He then bends down and picks him up. His tears fall. They begin to walk.

In the forest we see them marching through. Death Eaters cheer. Hagrid sobs more.

EXT. HOGWARTS - VIADUCT BRIDGE - DAY

It begins to lighten up. The Death Eaters march across the bridge. Hagrid looks forward to the destruction.

HAGRIDOh Harry...

He looks down to Harry’s body. Harry tries not to move and tries not to show signs he is alive.

INT. HOGWARTS - ENTRANCE COURTYARD - DAY

The Death Eaters swarm around. Nagini slithers around.

The Survivors of the battles come out. Ginny steps forward. Hermione, Ron, Luna and Neville go with her.

They all looks towards them. Voldemort spreads his arms.

She tries to run towards him, Ron and Hermione hold her back as she cries.. The surviors begin to cry. Some even scream. Luna cries. Hermione as well.

Voldemort laughs. As do the other Death Eaters. But Bellatrix’s is the loudest.

VOLDEMORTSILENCE!!!

He sends a spell and all of their voices grow silent. He looks to them.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)Silly children...Harry Potter...is dead...from this day forth...you will answer...only to me...

They all look at him.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)HARRY POTTER IS DEAD!

He turns to the Death Eaters and they laugh. All expect Narcissa. She looks seldom and scared. She looks towards Hagrid where Harry is still in his arms.

Voldemort grows in anger. He tries to contain it. Neville runs forward. Voldemort shoots a spell at him and Neville goes flying back.

VOLDEMORTAnd who might this be...Who has steped forward to demonstate what happens to those who continue to fight when the battle is lost.

Bellatrix steps forward.

BELLATRIXIt’s Neville Longbottom my lord! The boy who has been giving the Carrows so much trouble! The son of the Aurors, remember?

He walks to Neville and puts the hat on his head.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)Neville here is going to demonstrate what happens to anyone who is foolish enough to oppose me...

The taps his wand on the Sorting hat and it cataches on fire. People scream. Death Eaters laugh. Voldemort then throws it onto the ground and lets it continue to burn.

VOLDEMORT (CONT’D)If anyone here...is willing to join me...step forward...now...or face the same fate as Neville here...death.

Neville looks at him. Draco Malfoy steps forward. Ron looks at him.

RONWe saved your life! Harry, saved your life! You wouldn’t even be here you two faced bastard if it wasn’t for him.

Draco ignores him and goes straight to his mother. She hugs him. Lucius goes to him. Narcissa shoots a look at him.

NARCISSAStay away from my son...

She leads Draco away leaving Lucius shocked.

Voldemort looks to Hagrid. Harry is on the ground now. He then turns towards Neville. Where in his hand is the Sword of Gryffindor.

He then shoots a spell at Neville and he goes flying back. Harry then shoots up. He looks at Voldemort. The Death Eaters gasp. Voldemort grows more angry. Harry points his wand at Nagini and shoots the killing curse but it bounces off of her. Harry runs and Voldemort tries to stop him by exploding things around him. But it misses. Voldemort looks towards the Malfoy’s. Narcissa and Draco run in towards the castle. Voldemort then runs over to him and back hands him. He then takes the Elder Wand and puts it directly at Lucuis face.

LUCIUSPlease...my lord...

VOLDEMORTAVADA KEDAVRA!!

Lucius Malfoy falls dead. Voldemort then charges into the castle. Bellatrix looks at the Death Eaters.

BELLATRIXFIGHT!!!! YOU COWARDS!!! FIGHT!!!

She charges in towards them. Death Eaters fall foward and start to attack once more.

INT. HOGWARTS - GREAT HALL - DAY

The battle begins. Harry runs into the Great Hall with Hermione and Ron. Kingsly puts a shield around the door. They all run to get ready. Voldemort breaks the shield and charges in.

HERMIONEHarry! Take this!

Hermione hands him a Basiliks fang. He takes it and runs in a different direction to look for the snake.

All of a sudden Voldemort runs in and starts attacking. He sends spells towards people. Looking for Harry. He then stops and looks around. House Elves enter the room.

KREACHERFIGHT! Fight for my master! Fight the Dark Lord in the name of brave Regulus Fight!

Voldemort looks at the three of them. They then begin to deul. Spells flying all over the room. Nagini slithers around. Nagini looks to Hermione and goes faster. Kreacher looks. He picks up a stone and hits her with it. Then she strikes and bites him. Kreacher falls dead. Yaxley is slammed into the floor by George and Lee Jordan, Dolohov falls with a scream at Flitwick’s hands, Walden Macnair is thrown across the room by Hagrid, and hits the stone wall opposite, and slides unconscious to the ground.

Bellatrix looks towards three girls, Hermione, Ginny and Luna. She and the three of them begin to deul. Spells fly around as well.

BELLATRIXAVADA KEDAVRA!

A spell goes flying towards Ginny but she dodges out of the way as it hits a Death Eater behind her. Molly looks at Bellatrix in anger as Bellatrix laughs.

MOLLYNO!

Molly runs to Bellatrix. She points her wand at her.

MOLLY (CONT’D)NOT MY DAUGHTER YOU BITCH!

Bellatrix laughs. Molly looks at her.

BELLATRIXCome on Granny! Lets play!

Molly fires a spell. Bellatrix grows angry. She fires back and Molly blocks it.

BELLATRIX (CONT’D)How are you’re children going to feel when Mummy has gone the same way as Freddie!

Molly grows in anger.

MOLLYYou will never touch my children again!

Molly fires a spell. It hits Bellatrix right over the heart. Bellatrix then falls backwards dead. Voldemort looks.

VOLDEMORTNO!!!!!

Harry then fires a spell at Voldemort. Voldemort’s eyes grow wide.

HARRYYou’ll never hurt anyone again....

Voldemort then turns into black smoke and chases after Harry. The Snake follows after him. Hermione and Ron look and chase after it.

INT. HOGWARTS - GRAND STAIRCASE - DAY

Harry runs up the stairs Voldemort right behind him. They point their wands at eachother and the spells connect. Harry Then raises the spell up hitting the stairs above him. They collapse. Harry then looks behind him and sees the snake now. He then goes to stab it but Voldemort hits the fang out of hand. Harry then gets up and runs. Voldemort follows after him.

Nagini goes to follow. But Hermione hit’s it with a stone. It then goes after her. She then runs.

INT. HOGWARTS - CLOCK TOWER - DAY

Harry and Voldemort deul one another. Around them the walkways begin to break. Voldemort then begins to tie Harry up using his cloak. Harry is tied up. Voldemort chokes him.

VOLDEMORTWhy do you live!?

Harry looks at him.

HARRYBecause I have something worth living for...

Voldemort lets him go and throws Harry against a stone pillar. He backhands Harry across the face. Harry falls to the ground and Voldemort kicks him. He then goes to shoot the killing curse at him but the wand rejects him from harming Harry.

INT. HOGWARTS - GRAND STAIRCASE - DAY

Ron runs behind the snake. Hermione is pinned to a wall about to be bite. Nagini looks and then goes to Ron. The fang goes flying. Hermione runs to Ron. Nagini then chases after them.

INT. HOGWARTS - CLOCK TOWER - DAY

Voldemort keeps hitting Harry.

VOLDEMORTIt’s impossible! ONLY I CAN LIVE FOREVER!!!

He punches him. Harry just takes it.

HARRYYou can’t kill me Tom! It’s going to be you in the end!

Voldemort picks him up and throws him towards a broken window. Harry almost falls out. He stops himself and looks at Voldemort.

HARRY (CONT’D)The Elder wand will always fail you Tom! So no matter what...you can’t kill me.

Voldemort looks at him. He then screams and apparates towards Harry and they fly out of the window.

INT. HOGWARTS - ENTRANCE HALL - DAY

Hermione and Ron run. Nagini right behind them. They fall to the ground. Nagini goes to bite them. All of a sudden her head falls off and her body dissolves away. Hermione and Ron look at the Sword. Neville is holding it panting.

EXT. HOGWARTS - ENTRANCE COURTYARD - DAY

Harry and Voldemort fall to the ground. Voldemort screams in pain. People outside look at them. People come running out of the castle. They all look at them. Harry stands up. As does Voldemort. They both circle each other.

HARRYI don’t want anyone else to try to help. It’s got to be like this. It’s got to be me.

Voldemort goes to him and chokes him. Harry then throws him back. Their wands are raised towards eachother.

HARRYIt doesn’t matter...You can’t hurt anyone here anymore...Because my heart beats for them! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM!!

Voldemort laughs.

Voldemort shoots a spell at Harry and Harry fires back and their spells connect. It sounds like a cannon blast. The center of the spell then hits Voldemort and the Elder Wand goes flying into the air. Voldemort screams as his body begins to disentagrate. Everyone looks on. Lord Voldemort...is dead.

For a moment everything is still. Everyone looks around. Harry looks to the ground in front of him and the Elder wand is on the ground...

Then there is a roar of cheers people run towards Harry all grasping him. Ron and Hermione are the first. They hug him the hardest. People all around begin to cry in happiness. Death Eaters are tied up now by Kingsly. People look around. They look to the Dark Mark in the sky above. They all raise their wand and it dissappears. They all then disperse. Harry looks to Hermione and Ron. Hermione and Ron still holding onto him.

HERMIONEYou did it...You really did it....

RONWell done mate...

We pan away from their hug...

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. HOGWARTS - GREAT HALL - DAY

Neville and Luna sit together holding hands. The Weasley’s are all together. Harry walks past them. Mrs. Weasley smiles at him. Ginny as well. Neville looks towards them. He and Luna get up.

NEVILLEMrs. Weasley?

Molly looks up.

MOLLYYes dear?

NEVILLEThank you...

Molly stands up and goes and hugs Neville.

PEEVESWe did it, we bashed them, wee Potter’s the one, And Voldy’s gone moldy, so now let’s have fun!

Students cheer and sing along as he soars around the Great hall. Harry looks towards Ron and Hermione. They walk over to him.

The three of them walk out of the doors and no one notice’s them leave.

INT. HOGWARTS - ENTRANCE HALL - DAY

McGonagall and Other teachers and students begin reparingthe school using Reparo. The three of them all turn to the doors and go out into the Courtyard.

EXT. HOGWARTS - ENTRANCE COURTYARD - DAY

The sun rises. Hermione, Harry and Ron walk along the rubble coverd Courtyard. Out from the door comes Ginny, Neville and Luna. They all catch up to them. Luna and Neville hold hands.

LUNAWhere are you going? You should be resting?

Harry doesnt say anything. They all stand in the middle of the courtyard looking forward and around.

They all laugh.

Hermione smiles. Harry pulls out the Elder wand. He walks forward towards the Viaduct Bridge.

EXT. HOGWARTS - VIADUCT BRIDGE - DAY

The six of them stand on the bridge leaning over and looking across the Black Lake. Hermione turns to Harry.

HERMIONEIt’s been quite a year.

HARRYYeah...

Harry looks to the Elder Wand.

RONWhat are we going to do with it?

Hermione looks to him shocked.

HERMIONEWe?!

RONWell, That’s the Elder Wand...The most powerful wand ever made...

Harry goes to his pocket and pulls out his broken wand. He waves the Elder Wand and fixes it. Harry then takes the Elder wand and Snaps it in half...He then throws the broken pieces over the side. Hermione smiles at him.

HARRYI think I’ve had enough trouble for a lifetime...

INT. KINGS CROSS STATION - DAY

Three kids rush down with trolley’s they all come to platforms nine and ten.

JAMESCome on Albus! We’re going to miss the train!

James runs through. Behind him a young boy is there. A little girl next to him. Lily runs to her mother. Harry goes up to Albus.

HARRYWe’ll go together.

Harry and Albus rush in between Platforms Nine and Ten and they dissappear. Lily and Ginny follow behind.

INT. PLATFORM 9 3/4 - DAY

The Hogwarts Express steams. Parents begin to say goodbye to their children. The family comes through the barrier and walks down the Platform.

LILYI don’t want to wait two years! I want to go now!

HARRYIt won’t be long sweetie.

JAMESYeah. And if you’re good we may send you a toliet seat!

Ginny laughs.

GINNYYou’ve been talking to your Uncle George haven’t you?

Harry laughs and helps with Albus’s trunk and hands it to the conductor. Lily and Hugo are talking.

LILYI bet I’ll be in Gryffindor when we get to Hogwarts!

Ron walks over to them.

Ron smiles as Lily and Hugo laugh. Hermione turns to Rose.

Ron laughs. Behind them are Teddy Lupin and VictoireWeasly. Kissing. Ron looks at them. He then looks at Harry and they both go over to them.

HARRYAlright you two break it up.

Victoire blushes. Ginny walks over to them.

GINNYHonestly Harry, you’re turning into Ron.

Teddy looks at Harry.

TEDDY Sorry Harry. I’m just going to miss her is all.

VICTOIREPlease Uncle Harry. I’m seventeen.

Ginny looks at Harry.

HARRYAlbus Severus Potter...you were named after two great Headmasters of Hogwarts...one of them was a Slytherin....and He was the bravest man I ever knew...

Everyone laughs. Hermione goes and kisses him. Rose and Albus have found a carriage. Albus opens the window. The train begins to move. Albus waves. They all wave after them. The train pulls forward and goes around the corner. Harry’s hand is still raised. Ginny, Ron, and Hermione go to him. Ginny takes his hand and puts her head on his shoulder. Hermione stands next to Harry and takes his hand. Ron stands between Harry and Ginny. His hands go onto Ginny’s shoulder’s and Hermione’s.

GINNYHe’ll be alright....

HARRYI know he will.

Harry then brings his hand to his scar. Hermione notices. She goes to him.

HERMIONE Harry? Your scar does it hurt?

RONLeave the man alone Hermione.

Hermione and Ron look at him.
