Dr. Eugenie Clark & Coastal CollectionIn 1955, Dr. Eugenie Clark founded Mote Marine Laboratory in Southwest Florida. Today, Mote carries out world-class marine research, science education programs for all ages, and outreach through its public aquarium in Sarasota. Thanks to Dr. Clark and Mote we now better understand the world’s oceans and its treasures and can preserve them for future generations. A portion of the proceeds of three specially designed products will go to Mote Marine Laboratory to support its mission of “today’s research for tomorrow’s oceans”. Hello from Charleston! At Harry Barker, we’re constantly inspired by the world around us—from the amazing people in our lives to the incredible places we love (or long) to visit. And you can see that inspiration in our new products launching this spring.

Like our Coastal Collection (shown on opposite page), inspired by science pioneer and my dear friend Dr. Eugenie Clark. A portion of the proceeds from this whimsical collection, which includes tasty treats and tug-able toys, will support Mote Marine Laboratory in Southwest Florida.

Plus, our NYC Toy Collection on page 3 features iconic sights in The Big City, where Harry Barker first began from my New York City loft more than 15 years ago. And look out for our star-spangled Americana Collection on pages 2-3, sporting red, white, and blue hues with patriotic pups.

HARRY BARKER NET 30 TERMS ON APPROVED CREDITCredit card or check are accepted as payment. As a policy, Harry Barker does not grant payment terms. However, a customer may request an exception to this policy and apply for Net 30 terms if they have placed 4 orders within the last 12 months and spend a minimum of $1500 annually with Harry Barker. To apply for consider-ation for terms a customer must return the following completed and signed: Harry Barker credit application form, Net 30 terms agreement form, credit card backup authorization form and 3 current trade references plus 1 current bank reference. Harry Barker will then contact your references and obtain credit limit and payment information, which will be used to determine credit qualification. Please contact your sales consultant or our customer service for a credit application and Net 30 agree-ment form. Accounts that are past due will revert to prepaid credit card. Past due accounts are subject to an 1.5% per month finance charge. Collection costs and attorney fees will be at the customer’s expense. Any account inactive for over 12 months must submit new request for credit terms. Harry Barker reserves the right to refuse terms for any reason not prohibited by law.

HARRY BARKER MAP POLICY In order to promote fair competition across all channels of retail distribution, we have a Minimum Advertising Pricing policy (MAP). All Harry Barker products must, at a minimum, have an advertised price of at least a 100% markup from wholesale.Harry Barker reserves the right to refuse orders from accounts that do not adhere to this policy.
