While cleaning out a closet during a visit with my mom this summer, I found the bird dog image shown on the cover of this catalog. My mother had painted it onto a blouse she’d made 70 years ago.Now we’re featuring this lovely image on our new biscuit tin on page 7!

I also discovered mementos from my childhood vacations – postcards and brochures, old snapshots, and even a travel log book. My family of six, plus our beagle Daisy, would all pile into our Volkswagen bus for those trips (with pop-up camper in tow), in search of fun and adventure.

The vintage camping gear we used has inspired the new Harry Barker ‘Bark & Go’ Collection, featured on the opposite page. These attractive travel accessories are made from 100% recycled materials. You’ll be treating your pet well, and your planet!
