A. EHHS/MHS Building Projects
Update from Williamson and Shriver Architects
Update from Howard Shockey and Sons
Greg Williamson, Williamson and Shriver Architects, reported a review of both building
projects. Mr. Williamson was pleased with the projects during his review.
Stephen Knight, Howard Shockey and Sons, presented an update on the building projects.
Mr. Knight provided an explanation and pictures of the progress on the projects. Work at
MHS is now centered in the auditorium, band room, classroom, auxiliary gym, and the
concourse area.
Project work at EHHS includes the auxiliary gym, site-work, and the science area classrooms.
B. EHHS/MHS Building Projects – Other
C. State Bid Pricing for Vehicle for Transportation
On the motion of Douglas Hines, seconded by Nancy Hahn, the Board approved the purchase
of a two-wheel drive, GMC 1500 Sierra truck for the transportation department. The cost of
the vehicle is $11,206.00.

Bonnie Rogers, Director of Human Resources, provided the Board with the West Virginia
Department of Education approved 2015-2016 school calendar.

On the motion of Nancy Hahn, seconded by Douglas Hines, the Board approved Critical
