    Coups Now Petitioner William Hoge opposing Respondent's Motion for

    Delay. In opposition Mr. Hoge states as follows:

    Respondent is currently suing Mr. Hoge is this Court (Case No. 13-

    C-15-102498 OT), and he continues to prosecute that case. He was present for a

    hearing before Judge Kramer on 3 June,2015. Respondent is also the plaintiff in a

    suit in the U. S. District Court for District of Maryland (Case No. 15-CV-01241-

  • RDB) which he is vigorously pursuing. Respondent has not asked for any delays forfilings or hearings in those matters. He is only seeks a delay in this case where heis the Respondent rather than a plaintiff.

    Justice delayed is justice denied. Respondent has been the subject of twoprevious Peace Orders protecting Mr. Hoge granted by the Circuit Court for CarrollCounty. He continues his harassment of Mr. Hoge, and Mr. Hoge seeks expeditious

    However, if the Court should grant a continuance, it should also issue aTemporary Peace Order protecting Mr. Hoge from Respondent under Md. RuIe7-lL2(c) during that continuance. The Peace Order should prohibit Respondentfrom harassing, stalking, or contacting Mr. Hoge. The Peace Order should alsoprohibit Respondent from contacting Mr. Hoge's place of employment: GoddardSpace Flight Center, Greenbelt, Maryland, or NASA Headquarters, Washington,DC.
